I had a conversation a week ago along the lines of, “Daizen gives us lots of running, but not much else.” A player with speed as his most potent weapon is stifled against Scottish opposition.
Putting the ball in the net is the best counter to that concern. A player who produces a hat trick when his team mates most need him is priceless.

The CORRECT Score was 3 – 2 to Chelsea…..and I backed it.

Aside from my many ANTEPOST Bets, I will be having other Bets on each individual day also, as SOMETIMES the Jockeys/Trainers, Pundits on TV and/or in the Racing Post will give out some of their ” Fancies” for Racing on THAT particular day, which MAY lead me to Punt a few more Quid ?
I also do several PLACE POT Bets on each individual day, which can mean that I am betting on some Horses that are BIG PRICES….Just to get a Place ?

As we know Hearts seem unable/unwilling to perform against thems so my first thought was that’s probably the easiest tie they could have gotten as both Celtic and Aberdeen would be try 100%.
Having said that, it’s a cup semi/knock out football, not a game in a league where Hearts are pretty much guaranteed 3rd place and can afford to have the odd, er, off day. It will be interesting to see if they are willing to up their game.
From our point of view it’s the best we could have wished for. It will still be difficult and much will depend on who is available for selection.

Interesting move by Hibs. They must either be very confident in their financial position or be expecting an influx of new fans to fill the seats that would have been taken by the away support. As far as I can tell they can’t fill their stadium under the existing arrangements so like Hearts, they seem willing to lose the revenue.
In any case, halving the number of huns in your stadium will only half the number of people chanting sectarian bile. It will not stop it.

As we are all too well aware there cannot be any criticism or condemnation of ‘Ra Rangers’ supporters unless they are lumped in with the ‘Old Firm’ or it seems ‘away supporters’ or in Europe those pesky Atalanta supporters. On another point it is surely a laugh out loud moment that this ‘ban’ or reduced allocation does not include Hearts supporters, who I assume have never in all their visits to Easter Road indulged in any abhorrent behaviour as outlined below!

Thanks for the reply. I’m not sure if they are reducing our numbers due to Rangers fans singing and lumping us all together.
I think it’s potentially more to do with some of the songs we sing too. I’ve had a heated discussion with a work colleague/mate as he accused us of singing sectarian songs – pro IRA and anti hun songs.
We can discuss the semantics of these songs all day long but unfortunately that’s how (some) others in my experience see them.
