When TR & especially CCV scored I was wondering how high you were jumping in amongst the 700 Tic fans , anyone who thinks we shouldn’t take tickets for that fixture probably don’t realise how important our favs in that corner are for the team … delighted you’ve witnessed another terrible Celtic victory in that hell hole :-)

  2. favs = fans

    terrible = terrific

That’s auto correct not the refreshments I am consuming

  3. Ray Singh Carr congratulations great news!, Family is everything Celtic comes a close second,

just watched the highlights on BBC, we should have scored 5 in the first half, stonewall pen for Maeda challenge

It was amazing. Honestly so good. Seeing their misery up close was great but seeing how much it meant to our team pre and post the game when they came over was really special. My son is 26 and he said it was his best ever Celtic experience. Against the odds and after such a bad start. Really digging deep. A few glasses of vino enjoyed tonight for sure. Hope you had a great day too.

An eye opener from Ange today.

The fabled, Celtic Way, gets managers the sack.

Even the great Stein ( RIP ) didn’t play the Celtic Way for at least 50% of the time, and he was the only manager with players who could play that way, and they proved that at the highest level too.

Today, Ange’s team demonstrated, street wisdom, by the bucket load, and that is what was most pleasing from my point of view.

No stupid hari kari mugging, not today.

None of this, total football, dreamlike mindset, not today.

Today, Callum McGregor was the midfield version of Meada, tireless effort, from first whistle to last.

Juranovic is probably better as a left back, I know that I’ll be hounded for that, but that’s how I see it.

A Celtic team without a die hard Tim in it v the huns, doesn’t seem to be a good fit.

Tony Ralston was the Tim who eventually made it onto the pitch today, good for him.

The huns were a damp squib, without Morelos, just like last time, hopefully his season is over.

The huns threw some bottles onto the pitch from the Copland Road end, one bottle smashed off the bar, or post, I think??

Another hun at the Broomloan Stand threw a bottle that just missed, Jota, thankfully.

A Celtic member of staff needed stitches to his head after being hit by, ANOTHER, hun bottle, going up the tunnel, AT HIS WORK, and being hit by the missile.

If Celtic were a club driven by ethics, a club who proudly bestowed integrity, a club of unflinching principles, “IF” is such a precarious word I know, but just imagine for a single minute, that those three3 words were the unmistakable hallmarks, of Celtic fc 2022, then tomorrow at Ange’s press conference, he’d puff his chest out, and say this…..

“MY STAFF WERE ATTACKED BY BOTTLE THROWING RANGERS FANS YESTERDAY AT IBROX.

ONE MEMBER OF MY BACKROOM STAFF RECEIVED STITCHES TO AN INJURY FROM ONE OF THOSE BOTTLES.

BOTTLE’S WERE THROWN AT MY STAFF FROM RANGERS SECTION’S OF THE CROWD.

ONE OF THESE BOTTLES HIT THE CROSSBAR AT JOE HART’S GOALMOUTH AREA, LITTERING THE AREA WITH BROKEN GLASS, THESE THROWN BOTTLES WERE WITNESSED BY 50,000 SUPPORTERS INSIDE IBROX PARK, AND MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WATCHING ON TV.

AND TODAY WE HAVE SCOTLAND’S MAINSTREAM MEDIA, ALL OF YOU SITTING IN HERE AND MANY MORE, WHO CAN’T EVEN FIND THE BOTTLE TO REPORT THAT BOTTLES WERE THROWN AT MY STAFF??

ARE YOU NOT ALLOWED TO SAY BOTTLE’S WERE THROWN, BY RANGERS FANS, BECAUSE THAT’S WHO THREW THE BOTTLE’S… MATE.

YOU KNOW….THERE ISN’T ONE SINGLE SHRED OF INTEGRITY TO BE FOUND BETWEEN…ALL..OF YOU, MEDIA, TOGETHER, NOT A SINGLE SHRED.

THAT IS THE 100% CASE HERE, AND IT CONSTITUTES A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME TO SIT HERE…WITH LIARS.

OVER TO YOUR LEFT IS THE WAY OUT…PACK YOUR THINGS AND GET OUT!!!”

If Ange had to say that 👆 Bankier would be wheeled out to the Celtic Way to give it….

“I can explain that, Ange was a little upset today, the club have spoken to various media outlets and normal service will be resumed tomorrow as usual, thank you all for attending at short notice, bye.”

    Yeah he would!

  6. Burnley78 11.05pm

    Brilliant …

Had a decent wee Sunday as well… not as good as yours :-) but wee yin watched the first half with me and was actually a lot more nervous than I ever was at 13 so that’s a good thing :-) … happy days 🍀

  7. Watching back a bit, other than Ramseys goal he was really poor. Basic passing was terrible. Looks done physically.

Interesting clash at Hampden ahead. It will be a different type of game but we need to dominate the ball better than we did today. We could absolutely destroy them if we do.

Greg Taylor by they way. What. A. Game.

Another highlight for me was Ralston smashing Kent. Very satisfying.

Giako being in their heads so deep is also brilliant. Jack is an imposter and total plastic hard man.

By His death, Jesus judges the vulnerable, the needy, the broken and the seemingly misfits of society, those deemed worthless – as precious. The call of God, as His body in this world, is to follow our Head in His tender care for the suffering in our midst.

    Don’t you know he’s a hun..😂😂😂😂😂😂🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪

  10. SFTB 11.14pm

I think most Celtic fans realise how important Callum is, a wee bit like Broony & Neil, in the years to come and after we have all long gone (hopefully not for a long time yet) Callum will be even more appreciated

He is instrumental to Ange and as I have posted he is the one player Brendan wanted to take to Leicester .. thankfully Callum said … no thanks :-)

  11. On Callum … I think he scored 14 goals for Notts County as a wide attacking player ???

What a difference now, he can still pass the ball into the net (JVR likes that type of goal fae Callum) but these days he seems to just be available all the time for the ball… he can sit deep and keep possession but his run today for our first goal was like the youngster who couldn’t get a game for us …. He is such a calming influence on the youngsters around him (Hatate, O’Riley & co) … And even more importantly Ange loves him … when you listen to them both it’s the type of partnership you want at your work :-)

  12. Back to Basics - Glass Half Full on

Came home from an enjoyable, relatively sober dinner and watched the highlights.

Saw an incident of totally unacceptable aggression towards a Celtic player that I missed earlier today.

    I was absolutely shocked.

Watch Collum’s face when confronting Gia after his tackle on Jack.

(I genuinely urge all on here to go back and watch it)

Collum’s face is CONTORTED WITH RAGE as he confronts the Celtic player.

In the last decade I cannot recall a similar instance of an EPL referee treating a player like that.

To add insult to injury, Gia was complaining about an act of violence by Jack which happened right in front of Collum, which Collum did absolutely nothing about.

Referees are employed as neutral overseers of a game.

That a referee thinks he can behave like this is astounding.

This season alone Celtic players have been subjected repeatedly to acts of violence, brutality and aggression.

It’s bad enough coming from other players.

If Collum is not removed, the message is clear.

Refs can go ahead and do same.

    Over to you, Celtic.

We live in a culture where words are used that sound good but when fleshed out are proven to be nothing but lies. Words are meant to be a true and real expression of the character of the self. We call that integrity

You up fir a CQN night shift ???

    Happy days :-)

Keep it Celtic … who moderates a moderator

  15. Words are nothing but words….thay can be strung together to make comprehensible sentences. Making sense of these sentences is down to interpretation & bias

You are an arsehole is a sentence based on biased interpretation

In relationships, the power of love does not keep score. It rejoices in truth. It speaks truth about the cancers of the soul. It bears all things. Love is the power that endures.

  17. Mod1888 11.43pm

    Good stuff

    Are you Kenny Dalgleish ?

If so , you broke my heart in 1977 …. But I suppose you just made me appreciate Paul McStay more as he never left

  18. Human love is biochemical…do yer research…now faith in something is greater.

Where to start with truth…there are indisputable facts and there are biased interpretations of facts to suit a narrative

You are an arsehole is both of these

  19. sceptical citizen on

The power of love does not elevate itself or puff itself up. It is not rude or impolite. It does not seek things for itself—notice, praise, or elevation. It does not seek silence or cover up for itself either. Love is not easily irritated or angered.

The power of love is patient and kind. It shares its abundance with others. It does not envy. It is not jealous of the ear when it is an eye. It rejoices in the acuity of the ear and is blessed by it. Love does not boast and is not proud.

Nice to wake up on a sunny Monday after doing them – playing well below our best – on THEMS patch.

RAYSINGHCARR – congrats on the new addition to your ‘squad’.

Just hoping that Cameron’s elation for his goal convinces him there’s no other feeling like being a Celt season after season. Someone said yesterday they’d prioritise signing CAM over JOTA – I second that emulsion!

To love God is also to love our neighbor—anyone made in the image of God. When we separate love of God and love of neighbor, as we often do, we are not loving God, for our God loves all humanity.
