So Sevco are out of Europe but Rangers might not be out of Europe yet. If they lose the big tax case tomorrow, can’t they appeal to the Hague?

    One comment is worth a note;

“Oh dear how the mighty have fallen. I am not sympathetic after the way their violent fans trashed our beautiful city centre when many moons ago they were in the final of the Europa league (sic). They have been on the decline ever since. Oh dear karma strikes yet again”

  8. Has anyone been able to confirm that Puma are genuinely not providing any spare kit for them? Hence the dodgy training and travel gear?

It’s all very grubby and shabby.

I haven’t physically seen ibrox in 3 or 4 years but at that point it looked dreadful from my brief jaunt past it. Once the laughter from tonight dies down (God only knows when that might be!!) there are so many other facets of the omnishambles to consider. Not least the money required to sort out the asbestos dome.

It seems the height of fiscal and corporate irresponsibility to be giving soft loans for playing staff, new managers, coaches, directors of football etc and not be taking care of infrastructure and upkeep of estate. Why do that? Madness.

    What a mess.

Good. Only for the threat to safety of supporters and employees it would be a laugh. But it’s no joke.

  9. DELANEYS DUNKY

How can they afford to pay him off??

I’m pretty sure they haven’t paid off the Tragic Hat and Weary Dave yet and the Fat Gardener will still be sucking the marrow out of the bones of his contract.

And whoever comes in if they do fire him will be landed with this squad of numpties:))

Six managers in five seasons says it all really..

One would almost think they have no plan over there:))

I’ve just checked the BBC match report for tonight’s game.

Progres had to sub their first choice goalie at half time due to injury so their second choice goalie played the second half . This makes it even better.

If Dougie Park is the main provider of soft loans , is it his personal fortune he is using or is it coming from company funds ?

If it is the latter, if I was an employee , I would be worried of the company’s long term future .

  18. Mike In Toronto

I understand other clubs do get some financial information about their competitors and one Premier club’s eyebrows were raised when they saw TRFC;s figures.

Regardless of any affiliations etc ,the one factor that always brings about change is self interest

If it is perceived that it is NOT in the interests of the other clubs to continue with their current strategy of trying to revive the dead, they will change it.

    Self interest wins every time.

“The corner they scored from came from one silly loss of possession,” he added. “After that, we knew we could not commit unnecessary fouls but that’s what we did.”

    As opposed to necessary fouls.

    The culture speaks.

  21. Thanks for all the hilarity tonight. You’re all very naughty bhoys …..and don’t I just love yeez. Think if I was reading the shipping forecast tonight I’d be pissing myself with laughter. Oh, I’ve just heard it. Funny as feck it was, but not as funny as Progres 2 – Orcs 0. Is it possible to laugh yourself to sleep?

  23. Breaking News…

All teams have withdrawn from this years Europa League competition,as they won’t be recognised as winners,as The Rangers are not in the competition.

  24. They would have expected and budgeted for another 3 qualifying games at Ipox at the very least, this result must have cost them in the region of £5M

  25. I’m on the back shift this week, I usually hate it but by f*** what a laugh it was tonight.

All cubicles in the toilet were full of huns hiding from getting the pish ripped out of them.

To be some honest some just shook their heads and said ” awright get oan wae it ya micky bassa” to which I duly did with some cracking messages sent to me from whatsapp.

My favourite was the passport one, even a couple of huns laughed at that one.

Roll on a good verdict tomorrow, it’s grand to be a Tim in there the past few years…..payback ;))))))))
