  10. The written decision will be interesting, but it looks like the SC has cut the Gordian knot of obfuscation and dissembling around these schemes, at least in the incompetent way the huns operated them.

     

     

    I’d imagine Heidi Poon will have a spring in her step this morning.

    Lookin’ at the ole big picture I think , armed with this judgement, HMRC will be after a few big English clubs now.

    To be fair the Court of Session found in favour of HMRC.

     

     

    But it’s worth remembering that it was the involvement of the City of London Police that set this whole thing running.
