  1. Last December we lost a couple of games and drew one.

This December we have won 6 League games in a row.

  2. Philbhoy

We will not play like that against the hun.

A lot of games in quick succession.

Goal chopped off counts and maybe talking about a much different game.

St Mirren always had to try.

BTW Broony off the boil today, will not be on Sunday.

  3. Big Julia is a bit of a jessie tbh…………..ye ye hes good and i’m glad hes here but a seriously big jessie

  4. Greenpinata,

    Pathetic stuff.

Needs sorted pronto. I’m sure it will be.

    Merry Christmas Bro.

    You are a CQN star.

Praise the Lord that the Frimpstigator had an average game.

Celtic have won Every game this Month.

    MAGICAL.

  5. jullien is a big drama queen , easily put off his game , for someone of his height and size easily bullied .

  6. We have played a lot of games in a short space of time. Every game a pressure game. Look a bit physically & mentally jaded.

Still if Eddie’s goal is not wrongly chalked off we win easy.

One more game and we get a deserved break. Ron Julien man of match last week, had a decent first half but poor 2nd half today. Boli was all of a muchness with any of the team.

You must also credit St Mirren they played well and made it difficult for us.

  7. Big Jullien turns up for the Big games….Lazio, Rennes, LCF…….He’ll be tuned in and turned on for Sunday.

  8. The Blogger Formerly Known As GM on

Listening to the post-match interviews I’m guessing Goodwin is a North of Ireland Hun?

  9. Back to Basics - Glass Half Full on

    Absolutely terrified for Sunday.

Won every game we’ve played since early October except a dead rubber in Transylvania. (16 wins).

    Lucky.

During that period Sevco have looked IMPERIOUS

They DESTROYED Hearts 1-1 at Tynecastle

    They MASSACRED the Dons 2-2

    They ANNIHILATED Young Boys 1-1

    They THRASHED Celtic 0-1

They swept aside Kilmarnock and Motherwell MAJESTICALLY at home. (By the odd goal each time but that doesn’t detract from their BRILLIANCE).

CELTIC – YOU ARE DOOMED !!

  10. P.s. Ron,

I agree with you about the theatrics from Julien. I don’t like or approve of that kind of nonsense. However he is a very decent player and is capable of grabbing a goal as well. I’m glad we have him.

  11. Back to Basics - Glass Half Full on

Apologies, posted my application form for a job in the SMSM in error.

    Hail hail

  12. we will have to play much better defensively on Sunday , continually getting caught on the wrong side of attackers, and poor passing from centre backs into forward positions

  13. prestonpans bhoys on

Didn’t know the game was on the telly, so only saw the last 30 minutes. What stuck out was the behaviour of the ref, shocking either totally incompetent or just a plain cheat

  14. glendalystonsils on

Boli doesn’t give me a sense of security at left back . If I was the manager of an opposing team I would target him and Julien as players who could be knocked off their stride by pressure .

  15. James get’s man of the match. Sydney Tim will be pleased. Personally I thought Eddie or Cal Mac . Had Julien in my top 3 at half time but I’m now between James & Ajer for my 3rd choice.

  16. Noone knows Anyone really.

    Lenny Loves Celtic Park.

Sunday…. we have the Only Leader possible.

    Its gonnae be Good.

  17. glendalystonsils, don’t be going and criticising and highlighting the frailties jullien and boli boli , that’s my job.

  18. weebobbycollins on

I’m glad some of you on here are posters and not players…

    Highanxietycsc…

    Clear at the top…

  19. So, Eddie goal wrongly disallowed and sevco goal “might” have been offside.

Would love to see Lenny call out that wee Tory hun.

  20. The Blogger Formerly Known As GM on

I wonder what Tom Rogic is thinking.

He’s third choice for the No 10.

Griffiths is finished if Celtic spend 7/8/9 million on a striker in January.

He’ll pick up a boatload of cash seeing out the remainder of his contract given to him by BR.

  21. glendalystonsils on

Wee Jeremie was excellent today despite getting no protection from the referee . I was worried that he might have picked up an injury to keep him out of the huns game when he was cleaned out from the back by Saints no. 5 . Collum didn’t even give a foul.

  22. The Blogger Formerly Known As GM on

    Yogi – where’s Wexford?

I just assumed because he couldn’t resist mentioning “Rangers’/‘Old Firm’ every time he mentioned Celtic.

    Are there Huns in Wexford?

  23. FAVOURITE UNCLE on

    JIM GOODWIN……………………..wexford waterford……

what is the diff.former celtic player.

  24. 3pts today, that’s all that was required

Stated at weekend, the team today with Ntcham, is being played to get an extra midfielder into team for our game on Sunday

    For me today

McGregor, Eddy and Ajer were our top 3

    Hail Hail

  25. It is not how good so many think we are, it’s about how bad we can be at times. The second-half was Livingston all over again. Central defence constantly turned by a striker straight from Auchinlech Talbot. St Mirren bring on two subs who ran the show. Livi was bad, Hampden was bad, today was bad, what will Saturday bring? With swings in our form of this magnitude, the title is far from won. If Sevco give us a ‘doing’ on Sunday, many will be on here saying “we seen it coming” and they will be right.

  26. Oooops, how come Eddie goal was not re-shown anywhere ?

    I thought on-side ??

    But

Would the offside have shown up Red Card Ross, as another wrong call involving Celtic ??

  27. weebobbycollins on

Are bbc scotland trying to turn steven thomson into the scottish gary lineker? The guy is a clown. If he were my next door neighbour I would probably get on fine with him. After all, he is not a bad person…but that doesn’t mean he is not a clown…

And the BBC? Oh my days!!

  28. Good result.

Big CH’s need to toughen up. Dont like what Boli Holy Boli done …celtic players should know better.

    Anyway…..away to a party….

    HH

  29. glendalystonsils on

Eddie’s goal was onside. The Conservative MP for Moray knew it was onside . If there’s one thing he’s not , it’s incompetent.

  30. Norrie….eddys goal looked on side … don’t think we even got a re-run of the later effort when he put the ball in the net….but there is no point in moaning about our SFA officials …they have been given the green light to do as they wish to Celtic….thanks to our quisling CEO and board…back Celtic? Not this shower….

  31. have said it before and il say it again , jullien and Ayer must be the worst headers of the ball in the league , do they shut their eyes when attacking the ball with their heads or is it just that their timing is awful

  32. Corkie.

    Fools seldom differ. :-)

I voted Eddy, Callum, then 50/50 between the other two you mentioned.

    I decided Kris.

I agree, the amount of games we play in Dec is ridiculous, often our performances dip.

One season under Brendan, we won all 7 leagues games, but from memory 4 or 5 were by a single goal.

If we win on Sunday, then we will have had an outstanding Dec.
