    With the international break coming up there’s an argument that we should start with our strongest 11. On the other hand, I don’t see any weaknesses in todays team and it gives Ralston, Welsh, Turnbull the chance to earn some Performance Points! Oh and we do have rather a strong bench!     Bit thin at CB now — hopefully this pushes the position up the pecking order for the Jan window.

     

     

    Subs include a full front 3 / full MF 3 plus a raw as sushi LB and JF.

     

    Should be a good game — I winder if the MIB’s have their instructions?

    Your only as good as your weakest player … not much weakness in our subs in my opinion

    Is their no CB in the B Team worth a few skelfs on his erse — sitting on the first team bench?

     

     

    AP seems to have his way of working the club — 26 player 1st team squad with a totally separate B team squad with little or no interaction.

     

     

    Huge change from this time last year when we were through the barrel and scraping fresh air — we seem to be still moving at speed.

    Bitton got the gig, so it’s a natural fit for his replacement, who has hardly trained with no pre season and we’ve enough cover in midfield.

    Didn’t get a ticket for today. Been at last 3 games at St Mirren. It’s now classed alongside Ibrox, Tynecastle & Pittodrie for scarcity of tickets. Some buses only got 3 tickets. Our bus got 8. Last season we got 25.

     

     

    Let’s see how many empty seats today.

    With regard to yesterday’s incident at ibrox, we can argue all day whether it was a penalty or not. What is beyond doubt is that if the identical incident had taken place in the other penalty box that would have been a penalty to sevco.

    CCV rumored to have a torn muscle out for 3 or 4 weeks.

     

    Big Oliver is a defensive midfielder but I read somewhere that he has filled in as centre half, hopefully not needed there today.
