HS- the way i look at the Broonie incident, if it was McGregor on the ground in front of him, could he have stepped over him and avoided contact? I think yes.
Just watched the highlights from the Sevco game vs Hearts and I stand by my comment that we were pedestrian last night, in comparison to them. We had so much possession and control that we slowed down and toyed with them rather than get into areas to hurt them by scoring.
I am definitely not saying that Sevco are a better team than us; just that, last night, they put more effort into direct running at the opposition defence and support running to join in attacks.
We still need to apply energy to our technical superiority. It may be understandable that there is a slump after a “league winning” game but, against a better and less weakened team than Saint Mirren, we could have dropped points last night.
P.S. I also thought N’tcham’s run up for the pen. last night was borderline illegal. I think he stopped his run up and went again. I wonder if the ref would have chalked it off if he’d scored- seems not as he allowed the follow up shot.

My friends in Celtic,
Reading back ,I note there was reference by respected posters that unsavoury actions by Celtic supporters is not a new phenomenon.
This is absolutely true , however we should remember the consequences of such actions.
In 1984 against Rapid Vienna we won 3-0 . A bottle landed near ( not hit, near ) Herbert Feuer.
The game continued but eventually we had to replay it at Old Trafford. We lost, but equally importantly we were fined £17k and had to play our next European tie behind closed doors.
As a support we reflected and acted. Subsequently we won fan awards and our behaviour in Seville was loudly acclaimed.
I need not say more, the trend and potential consequences are self explanatory.
HH to all, the journey continues.

Overall, I thought it was a messy performance. We didn’t exert control over the game in the same way we used to. Under NL, games can be a hell of a lot more hectic. I am happy with results but not performances.
I should add, its still better than some of our limp away performances this season under Rodgers. But the games feel way closer than they should.
Ryan Christie was a welcome addition. He really turned our season against Hearts at Murrayfield and he’s been missed (especially when it coincided with Rogic’s absence)
The Brown thing is obviously accidental. Where’s he supposed to put his feet?
Greenpinata on
I think, and I don’t know why:- Res 12 is Celtic’s equivalent of Brexit.
Rangers boss Steven Gerrard says Ryan Kent didn’t strike Scott Brown in the face
“We have our version of events on Ryan Kent.
“We have challenged it and we will wait and see. We don’t think it was in the face and the photo makes it look worse than it was.”
___
Its happening before our eyes. A punch in the face becomes a shove in a chest. A four game ban becomes a two game ban.
Celtic don’t want to get caught in a PR game with a rival that isn’t even in our rear view mirror so I understand why the club doesn’t need to respond.
However, there are a lot of smart chaps working in the Scottish media and know exactly what Gerrard is doing. If this was happening in the EPL there would be opinion articles taking issue with it.
Unfortunately our media is underfunded and doesn’t have the courage to challenge the narratives. The zombies outside the BBC is a reminder to journos that they will be physically harmed if they don’t play along.
It’s a shame.

It’s taken SFA 4 days to find charges to haul Scott Brown in front of their Judicial Process.
How long has it taken for them to take the charges of non compliance of RFC in 2011 to CAS, a decision taken by that same judicial process because the 5 Way Agreement made it impossible for that process to be applied to TRFC!
In January the ToRs to go to CAS had not been written and Celtic were passive about it.
We still dont know if ToRs established but it’s 8 MONTHS and counting since that decision taken in July 2018 and 4 months when questions asked at Celtic AGM.
The process itself is corrupt. That is clear from Res12 Archive.
Wake up guys. Smell the bloody roses.
The SFA Judicial Process is not about justice. It’s a tool that Celtic seem all to happy to accept, that is used to produce results the SFA want.
