It all starts for real next week but, unlike most previous Celtic managers who finds significant interest in his star player, Neil Lennon is pretty chilled when talking about the player moving on. I want to keep Victor, he reminds me of a young Keane (Roy), Neil will want to keep him too, but you have to wonder, what the manager would do with some cash to spend.
Only just catching up with CQN and the UK media, is anyone still interested in the big ball game? Delighted to hear the man from Dunblane got his just rewards. The excellent BBC documentary on him two weeks ago touched on issues you and me and not qualified to touch on here, but there is a great humanity story wrapped up in his achievement.
Our paucity of sporting genetic raw material is apparently untrue. From a (temporary) distance it’s evident he has branded the Scots better than any grappling politician ever could.

The Dice Man is a classic. Mark E. Smith of course used the title for a song back in the ole punk era (Live At The Witch Trials or Dragnet from memory). Before you mention – I don;t think The Fall were a punk band either!

Any Tims in Nissi Beach/ Ayia Napa area get along to the Carina Bar.
They’re playing Just can’t Get Enough at breakfast in hotel. I sense it’s going to be a good day.
Benteke hands in transfer request ….typical example of a modern day footballer….no loyalty , totally self interested …disgraceful

We were spoiled down the years by loyalty.
Of course, the players throughout the game were poorly treated back then, but the pendulum has swung too far,IMO.
And agents are considerably worse than the players-they never get emotionally attached to a club the way a player can.
Chelsea are reputed to be in for Benteke. They are also,it seems, after a young fella from WBA.
Isaiah Brown,16yo. Recently made his debut, and extremely well thought of.
WBA will receive £200,000. FFP rules being buggered backwards.

After his comment to me yesterday,we should have got THE BARCA MOLE to proofread.
It would have made him very prod…..

Blood on the carpet…

BOBBY MURDOCH’S CURLED-UP WINKLEPICKERS @ 15:24
For the avoidance of doubt,I am proud of my Scottish heritage, prod of my Irish heritage, and proud of my British heritage.
While I try not to decry any of them,I am aware of the faults.
Jeez, you must have some cracking arguments with yourself.
MURDOCHBHOY
I don’t beat myself up about it though, haha!
BOBBY MURDOCH’S CURLED-UP WINKLEPICKERS
Just as well really as the Scots/Irish would be mob handed.
Have a good day.
Fear ploy
I think this deserves further exposure.:-)

Morning all.
Looking forward to tonight’s game. Should be a decent atmosphere as the ground capacity appears to be 18,500.
Greuther Furth also play in green n white hoops, and the club crest includes a shamrock!

Nae Milk so very much as nature intended! Hopefully no plagues of locusts on way to work.

The big question today . Should A Murray get a knighthood?
In my opinion no, he should not. I have no desire to see the young lad debased by accepting such a tawdry bauble.
Trophbhoy
Do you remember the last Murray to get knighted?
Services to industry ,I believe, not much of an endorsement .
Should Andy Murray accept a knighthood?
Personally I hope that he does NOT, but I am sure that the ‘establishment’ will close ranks and put pressure on him.
Hopefully he will tell them to GTF!
HH!!
