  1. Incidentally- I noted the Aberdeen manager couldn’t congratulate the Gr8 Champions, in his interview on Sky

    ?

  2. Well said young man Its been a difficult week but we have come out stronger and united. Lets get that cup then we can think to the future.

Did she really say Celtic ‘go on to match Rangers 9 in a row’ ???

    ——————————

If you don’t like Celtic, Sky has to be your station of choice for Celtic games.

  4. Well done bhoys , had my doubts ( AS USUAL ) that we would get it done.

Bad start to the season , bad injuries to our star players , baffling refereeing , upheaval in management and losing a couple of LIONS from the pride and yet against all that they did it …thank you for your passion , grit , professionalism and some fine performances and fantastic finishes along the way.

CELTIC FOOTBALL CLUB 8 IN A ROW CHAMPIONS OF SCOTLAND !!!

    PS…..God Bless NFL.

I was there at Easter Road, sitting behind one of the goals, on the 28th of April 46 year ago when we chanted “hello hello 8 in a row hello hello”.

    Very funny, the Norseman song.

I was at that game. That was the one – if I remember right – when there was a really bad crush outside the ground near that bridge. Thought it was going to be my last Celtic game.

Despite one or two scary moments , I always felt there was no way we were going to fail to clinch the league today. I put a lot of that down to the new-found variety of goal threats….diving headers from full backs!? Headed goals by CB’s from corners!? The least predictable we have been for a long while.

Brother Beaton was pretending to be a proper ref by not doing anything outrageous (apart from only yellow carding Cosgrove for his red card tackle on Jonny Hayes that is). Might have to buy his own beer in the Crown bar tonight!

  7. Delighted we are over the line. I hope some fans will give Brendan some slack after reading what Broony had to say about him.

Just popped in to say, congratulations Celtic Football Club for emulating our first ever, eight in a row by a Scottish team, go on now and make the treble treble. 10 is in our sights. HH and YNWA.

    Fritz song @ 1724 – well said.

Sky’s editorial position dictates what is said by its paid contributors.

Walker, Provan, McQueen, McCann, Tweedledum, Tweedledee.

The name, the face, the personal back story are all irrelevant.

Follow the editorial line or you’re out.

Sky’s editorial position is dictated by their commercial position.

The commercial position is predicated on the fact that Sevco fans are far easier to entice into subscribing than anyone else.

Basically they’ll fall for it every time.

Personally I’m just delighted that I can now stop singing “Here we go, Eight in a row… and instead, dramatically alter it to “Here we go, 9 in a row…”. But is it the right or left hand that gets the ‘5 fingers?

  12. Yip well done John Higgins

    Into the final

On 8 centuries, so it’s currently £800 to the Kano foundation

Right or left hand for the five? I think next week Broonie will give us a sign.

Well done to the Glasgow CELTIC. 8 in a row

  15. I really hope that Scott Bain still has that wee rat mccann’s phone number and texts him tonight.

Or that Scott texts him on the same day that HMRC’s letter arrives.

  16. Well done John Higgins, a right good Tim fae Wishae as we say out here

Followed his match across a few pubs in town today and glad to report the feeling was positive.

Wee bit pished now but feeling good. God bless the Celtic family. HH

The man was a phenomenon, broke every record in the book.

  18. What more can a real man do?

A Celtic side unbeaten and unbowed since 2018, NFL’s steady hand on the tiller, guided us, home as per his remit, what a lucky fight among the masons of Easter Rd?, and with only one important game left, he has the opportunity to make Celtic more important than individual football managers, and to take Celtic to a higher level.

Celtic were set out at Pittodrie to dominate, as we did for 93 minutes, with ten gone, it was clear it was a no contest, despite John Beaton’s ‘selection’, Celtic commanded despite Bellshill Legion boy’s early 50/50 by pass., this was shootie in, as we know it Jim. The miraculous Sevco, somehow at home for just the three weeks, was always too little too late, and referees and compliance ignoring punches in the face, is truly, the hope that kills them.

Celtic were majestic and odds on to win, up North, in the dying embers of BR’s regime he ecided to change the goalkeeper, something he’d wanted to do from day one. Scott Bain is a footballer and it offers us a new dimension towards ten. NFL dropped the extra pass across the back line, and Bain could pass the ball like Ajax. He also sidelined Leicester’s Filip Benkovic, so that Simunovic and Ajer could flourish,, he introduced Jonny Hayes to Celtic for the first time, as a key player with attitude, but more importantly despite random text messages, he kept Celtic unbeaten and supported in person.

He helped legs gone Lustig see off six million pound Toljan, Weah and Burke are kept purring, for Kings Park one afternoon in May, what a caretaker?, for the lucky men that run Celtic. Neil Lennon helped beat Hearts at Tynecastle in the killer fixture, and he has it to do again.

I wish NFL all the luck in the world, and if he’s our manager when I take my seat next season, the huns that run/ruined the game can GIRFUY CSC
