Sky’s Andy Wanker in desperate plea for ongoing soup at the end “these celtic fans should really show more respect to Brendan Rodgers”. Delicious stuff, Lenny will take us to 10

Any thoughts on who we should field at the bigotdome?
I’d rest a few players and give the likes of Hayes, Timo, Ntcham and maybe Burke a wee run out.

You expect the commentators to be biased towards their team on celtic tv ,aberdeen tv and sevco tv but there must be a line you don’t cross , and in my opinion shinnie should be called out on his demonization of broonies tackle….

How lucky am i? twice in my life i’ve seen Celtic our club, our life
win eight league titles in a row, not only by the normal rules of association
soccer but by overcoming the natural bias of a home association determined
to keep us timmys down at any cost.
Lenny will do for me, he’s pulled us through despite not wearing a fancy suit

Now that the eighth title is secured, and in my opinion Lenny was a
big contributor to that fact, especially the way the moonlighter left us
high and dry, and then a real Celtic man stepped in to weld the breach.
As a huge club aka Ajax, Benfica, or even Inter Milan, what does the
future hold for us?
In my opinion there has to be some form of European league, if we
have to start at the bottom so be it, but don’t discount us winning it .

I was there at Easter Road, sitting behind one of the goals, on the 28th of April 46 year ago when we chanted “hello hello 8 in a row hello hello”.
I was with my da and a couple of his cronies, we had got locked in a pub near the ground before the kick off and as we left my da went tae the bar for a kerry oot, we already had a ginger bottle full of Dumbarton’s finest export.
As we sat there he pulls out the cans, Norseman, WTF I thought although didnae actually say that tae him, I did tell him though that the only time I had left a pint at the bar was this brand in the Balloch Hotel, no matter we drank it anyway and in the end we were singing ‘norseman south man comrades all” lol..
It was a great display by the bhoys who if we had lost would have conceded the title tae deidco who had the easier game against middle of the table East Fife at hades which they won 2-0, they had dropped a valuable point the week before at home tae the sheep, their first since a 0-0 tie up at the pen just before Christmas so we were now in the driver’s seat.
This was an exceptionally good Hibbee side, which included 6 internationals as well as BFDJ’s alleged half brother, who would finish runners up the following 2 seasons and had given us difficult games in both the Dryborough and League Cups that is until we unleashed Dixie, a 2 goal scorer that day, on them.
Last night while walking the dug, which isnae happening too much recently as the weather over here has been dreadful, my thought was we would clinch the League the day and in style, didnae think that last week even though we were at home.
Slept like a log last night and had the same feeling when I woke this morning and not the usual through the night.
Earlier on this season when clodagh was still in charge I stated on here that this title would be looked back on as the hardest of the 8, that was actually down tae the cheating and honest mistakes, unknown tae me we had a manager working his ticket.
Now I was in the work force for almost 50 years, more than half in management, when someone unexpectedly leaves, even if you saw it coming and the only surprise was they didnae go out with handcuffs, it still leaves you shaken and unsure, will you be next, especially if they hired you.
So well done tae the players and management who rose tae the occasion and now ontae the rebel treble.
