Well well. I only saw the second half and we didn’t play well but watching the after match celebrations, it is thrilling to see what this win means to the players and the manager. Could this be a turning point for us?
I thought Virgil and Denayer were a class apart out there and fitting that big Virgil scored the winner.

In the second half we got dragged down a bit to Aberdeen’ s level, but showed great spirit.

Great result in a good open well contested game.
The home crowd did their best to influence the ref but I thought he had a good game until the sending off when I think he was conned by McGinn. I can see why he reached for the red but I think he was conned.
Great to see us continue to attack when down to 10 men. These guys have earned the right to be top of the league.
I know there is still a lot to improve in the team but this is much better than where we were 2 months ago.

What a display of a united dressing from all the ghuys at the end. We need to improve but I will take today’s win. All the more precious as McInnes tried to turn this into a battle. It was brilliant to see the look of his face at the end.
