The good news keeps coming today. A solid 0-2 win away to Inverness, the gap at the top of the league narrowing by two points, and issue 4 of CQN Magazine is now out! Out cover feature in this issue is an interview with Lisbon Lion, Willie Wallace. Willie lives in Australia but keeps in touch with events at Celtic through the internet.
Bobby Petta also speaks to us, recounting some of the great times he experienced as a Celtic player, as well as providing an introspective on the disappointing John Barnes season.
We cover some recent topical subjects, including policing of Scottish football, the perennial poppy and the financial crisis that has engulfed our game. Checkout the speech from 1941 by President Roosevelt on four essential human freedoms. At 60 pages it’s our biggest issue yet and stuffed full of great articles. Get stuck in…
Read CQN Magazine for free online here. Subscriptions to the online copy are discretionary but you can contribute here. Old School-hard copies will be available from Magcloud shortly.

On a Saturday night, with the inebriation of many beeeeers kicking in, I find an obvious flaw in your logic.
If all players, including Ki, AND superior midfielder Sammy adopted wee Jimmy’s position we might be a wee bit exposed on the rest of the pitch. :)
I trust and support Neil Lennon, that is all.
G’night.
Fred C,
I bow to your superior knowledge,3 & 3 right enough.
I reckon they’ll be the first team to be awarded a penalty for an offence in their own box.
Anyways,i’m definitely off now.
Go easy brother.
FOREVERANDEVER!!!

Apols for implying your one of them. Them are a sensitive issue here these days. We did acknowledge each other’s points of view before that and moved on before that issue crept up again, so deepest apols. Although (yes, you saw it coming…) I don’t see the relevance in the further points you’ve been making regarding it amigo.
My nose is running like a tap, or if you prefer, money draining from Ranger’s accounts, my throat feels like I’ve swallowed razor blades, when I cough the dog runs out the door, but I’m happy. Wonder why that is.

Bertie Peacock wore a sash, correct. He was accepted into the fold and respected, he also showed respect.
Those days are gone, respect is a thing of the past sadly.
————————————–
There is a very famous song which includes the line “respect makes the empires fall”.
I still believe it to be true. We need to rise above.

Scrub forward to 3 minutes into the clip.
Shorthouse’s new identity revealed by a few intrepid Celts on twitter. Interesting tweets from Rob and even more interesting is who he follows and who follows him

Got a last minute shout for a couple of tickets at Pittodrie today..went along hoping to see Motherwell drop points..
I was disappointed with the score but was able to see Scottish Police in action at SPL matches..a warning for all fans! there were a couple of hundred Motherwell fans in an area that would have taken a couple of thousand – purely for standing up (not obscuring any views or risking crushing) all hell let loose.. Blows exchanged, fans huckled, group defiance by Motherwell fans who all stood up en masse and shouted at Police. The Police were videoing it all…but significantly so were the fans…using their mobile devices..
It was completely over the top…and as I say a forewarning for anybody attending SPL matches..definitely not going to encourage new folk through the turn styles.

OK pal. Healthy discussion never hurt noone.
The vast majority of posts on a Saturday night are of one sentence.

Sammy is no p@rn star; he’s better than Ki – and faster when he loses the weight of his bristle cone beard.
I think…

3 Points.
David Weir tweeted about a bad result for the huns ‘after internationals again’.
Does anyone know how many, if any, of the huns played internationals?

Been given £50 to spend on music. Hit me.
Looking for something that’s come out in the last two years. Looking for nothing that would be on Top of the pops or Gary Barlow’s Children in need love-in.
Other than that, make a recommendation, supported by a brief descriptoin oand/or vidyo link. Chee-yars!
Tonight I am mostly drinking rose, white, red wine, and Patxaran. Tomoorow I expect to be ill.

Come on, keep the balls on the ground. ;-)

disgusted to hear about more fans being lifted (reminds me of the days late 80’s early 90’s in norn iron watching Cliftonville, standing on the spion kop, and being lifted for being a Catholic in a built up protestant area)

NatKnow – nice! That’s not the first Fleet Foxes track I’ve been given, they sound great. Also been recommended Okkervil River and a Scottish singer called Withered Claw (who was on the SXSW documentary on BBC earlier this year, but I’d forgotten his name).
Thanks bud.

Sorry ak, I meant what happenend at Inverness, Fans arrested? was It for singing?
I seen on tv the SS filming the fans from the adjacent stand.

Palacio67
fans were scooped – maybe not arrested, but scooped.
scooped is a norn iron term for giving a “warning”
i dont think Scotlands” warnings” are as meaningfull as norn irons’ “warnings”
yet
