Great result again with clean sheet bhoys.
I thought Commons looked good and Cha was immense for a change.
Neil canamalar Lennon hunskelper extrordinaire on
seeing the usual drivel from the sammi haters, sammi’s distribution was second to no one tonight, Ki came closest, but even he made mistakes, people need to actually watch what he does and stop concentrating on their bias.
Initially my MOTM was going to KI but I’ve got to say its a tight one between Joe and Charlie, thier workrate is amazing, but I think Joe just nicks it.

The Celtic juggernaut rolls on. Meanwhile, the hun move slowly to their death as their fans try desperately to justify their action through lies and deceit.
How does that old song go? Ah yes, “die, die, die ya hun”
It’s never easy playing against 11 men behind the ball, no matter who you are.
Just ask Barca or manure when they played the hun.
But fair play to Jim McIntyre, he never sent his team out to kick us off the park.
I would imagine it will be a different story on saturday when the murderwell huns come a visiting.
Is it me or have the officials changed their atitude now that the league is over, there seems to be a touch of fairness about them.
Anyways 2 going on 10 would be a fair reflection on the game tonight imo.
20 points ahead, ye canny whack it.
MOTM, there were a few contenders imo, but if you put a gun to my head it would be Ki, but Joe and the rest of the team pushed him close, every one tried their hearts out.
As a wee aside, if we had taken a couple more of our numerous chances, this Tim would be 1300 brit pounds richer, had us + 3.5 always another day :>)))

A cold late winter’s night at Celtic Park where we moved 20 points clear and completed
an astonishing , (you won’t read it in the Daily Record 25 point swing ) which excludes
Rangers and their irresponsible behaviour 10 point deduction.
No surprise that with three games inside seven days Neil Lennon used his formidable squad depth
to rest Wanyama Rogne and Matthews, for incoming Cha Du Ri, Kris Commons, and Emilio Izzguirre,
Celtic totally dominated the proceedings from start to finish with bright attacking, sweeping probing,
football in an attempt to break the bottom sides, plan which was dead simply to keep the score down.
It took a marvellous strike by Charlie Mulgrew from 25 yards to bypass any attempted final ball inside
the box, where Celtic had tried to cut Dunfermline open time and again, as they packed a ten man defence,
with a futile runner hovering, near the half way line.
Sometimes in these games the flood gates don’t open, and tonight it was because Dunfermline just continued
as if Celtic hadn’t scored, and it wasn’t difficult to see why the table is propped up by the Pars they simply
didn’t have the squad, or game plan to switch to anything else. So it was more of the same in the second half
Cha was ever willing, but lacking in a final pass, Ki sprayed the ball relentlessly, and there were no failures in
a Celtic shirt, with Kris Commons desperate for game time, trying to find his elusive touch, and Hooper
and Stokes out of luck.
The introduction of Forrest (whom I’m certain will start on Saturday) and Samaras brightened the closing stages,
and Neil Lennon really is spoiled for choice, at the moment but Motherwell will prove much tougher opposition,
and possess more of a goal threat than tonight’s opposition, but it would be a mug that bet against this Celtic side,
that look worthy every inch Champions.

Poor Mrs ToneLoc completely knackered at this stage she had to spend 9 hours in the A&E, I only got in at half six after work. Another job done 20 points, happy days

Although we have a potent strike force this team have goals running through it. The midfield and defence chip in at crucial times and this will prove invaluable in the days ahead.
Well done Charlie Mulgrew and it’s so good to see him enjoying his football in a young, exciting and successful Celtic side.

Sorry to hear about Frank Carson.
First time I ever saw him in the flesh was in the mid 90’s. He was on the pitch at Celtic Park telling jokes at half time.
He was a standup comic from the old school, and his talent was in the way he told ’em.
May he rest in peace. (thumbsup)
