   I just did a google search for “Rangers Donald McIntyre” and saw that the Daily Record and The Sun both did the McIntyre cash settlement story with a journalist with the same name – Dave Finlay.

    

    

   Is that a coincidence or is it the same guy? Is that normal? Aren’t these two papers rivals?

   Not the best performance of the season today but quite possibly the most important.

    

    

   Well done Big Fraser and Big Vic.

    

    

   I thought the Hearts cheats were disgraceful with the long throw in injury time. Big Dan was down with a head injury in his own bix, ref didn’t see him and eventually Sammy stopped play and rolled it out at our 18 yard box. Hearts should have thrown the ball back or at least knowcked it out of play again for our throw, even if it was near our corner flag. But they took the opportinity to discard sportmanship into the bin and hurled a long throw into the box.

   Great result today, it is often more satisfying winning 1 nil than an easy win especially when you throw in the penalty save. As for the ref, how he could say that was handball when the jambo clearly headed it is amazing. Well it would be amazing anywhere else but the SPL.

    Haven’t read back so apologies if already covered but did the referee state that the penalty was for a handball? I thought it was for an “illegal” challenge? BBC site doesn’t give a reason. Just wondered if the ref gave a reason?
