    I dont think we started the game particularly well. Bayo was isolated and the 3 behind didnt have any fluidity. It seems a waste to play Christie on the right and Forrest on the left. Ntcham in the no10 role doesn’t do it for me, he likes to see the game in front of him so receiving the ball into feet and laying off or running into channels is required and Oli isn’t going to penetrate. It’s not a trick i would repeat. Credit to Bayo for sniffing out his goals and Callum scored a great goal, i thought he was outstanding again today. He does so much work that goes unnoticed. Boli was decent as was Jullien, only perhaps caught out with one ball over his head where he lacked pace. FF largely redundant and you had a feeling he would save the penalty, most unfortunate.

     

     

    Collum was diabolical as usual.

     

     

    Overall job done and delighted with the 3 points.

    Haven’t heard what Avril said but the problems were all of his own doing, squeezing his full backs in tight allowed Ajer the freedom to attack at will with superb long range passes from Bitton, McGregor and even Broonie ( who I thought was 1/2 yard short today).

    Quick question, I’m flying over to Glasgow early next Sunday morn for the game at the Zoo. Need to know where in City Centre will show the Dublin v Kerry game All Ireland final. I know the Tolbooth will be showing it but would prefer to stay in City Centre. The Huns could easily target the gallowgate post match.

     

     

    Maybe the new Irish pub Connolly’s?? Not right in the heart of city centre but unlikely to be attacked by Huns. Any help appreciated.

    I don’t know whether I was lower after Milan or Seville. At least in Milan, I had my proper seat. That wasn’t at all the case in Seville!!!!

     

     

    I think that this afternoon is the warmest game I have ever attended at Parkhead. (I do have health issues) but I have never sweated so much at any game.

     

     

    Get a result on Thursday and on to the den of inquity next Sunday….Let’s hope we are all as happy as Larry this time next week.

    Couldn’t care less what Levein has to greet about , Bayo’s goals or OG’s. we’ve got two great strikers in Eddy and Griff….but….. when was the last time we had a striker so aggressive that he forced two OG’s out of a defender?
