IF we win this title, am I right in saying that will take us to 54 and only one away from the fabled, fake ‘55’?
Imagine the panic from that lot when we spank them next week! 😂😂😂

Am I correct in thinking it was Tony’s brother who was the organiser of the Celtic convention and featured in a video interview a while back talking about his years in the Gorbals before he went to the states?

Thought that. When we win next season’s title, we’ll have equaled their fabled 55 and will go on to 56, 57 and so on. Feck them! They deserve all they get for what we’ve had to put up with since the Murray years.
Although, looking back, we can now enjoy those years. My first four games against the Uk s, we lost 3 and drew 1. They used to beat us without breaking sweat.
Oh, how times have changed. Any young celts not aware of how it used to be, should enjoy these days as much as possible. They are privileged to be witnessing such successful times.

Was astonished that the announcer at the Galloway Youth Football Festival announced Matt’s third goal over the tannoy today. Unless it was the big fella from Creetown CSC whose banner is everywhere no matter where we play. ( Sorry, CRC told me your name, but I’ve forgotten it-apologies, you are a legendary Celtic Supporter).

Melvin Udall,
Tremendous work with the song. 👍
In the spirit of the old songwriting saying “write a word, claim a third” may I make a couple of suggestions
—
He’s electric
He’s spent his whole life playing for the Celtic
He’s done things we never expected
When he’s oan the wing
He comes from Prestwick
We love him here at the Celtic
*When he’s on the pitch he’s majestic
*With his skill and pace he’s majestic
When he’s oan the wing
And we want him to know
*He’s a Celtic legend
When he’s oan the wing
And we want him to know
That we’ll all remember, like Johnstone, Auld, McNeil and Hay, like* Tommy Burns and Paul McStay, like Larsson and McGrory too
He is a legend, can ah be a legend too!

Tremendous work mate, I’ll send my bank details on and you can send that third on 🤣

JF song – Love it. Really good effort. Remember RPMcCartney on here always trying to instigate songs – and some were belters – but no takers. Jamesie’s definitely deserves a tuneful tribute.
Also spot on about our dominance and how we have achieved it by merit. My grandson can hardly believe my tales of woe until The Big Man arrived.
And, as an aside – and definitely not wanting to start a list – As Good As It Gets is probably my favourite ever film…. Certainly in the top 3, no, 2, no, probably 1
Good night and take care y’all

Just saying that as I was growing up and started going to games on my own (still getting a ‘lift-over’), we were getting beaten regularly by that lot.
Horrible time to be a Tim. Although. I always thought we’d get through it and things would change. Which is probably what most Huns feel atm.
I was correct and it did change, but I’m not too sure they can bank on the same outcome. As we’re an efficiently run club with bigger resources than that lot of horrible bar stewards and a worldwide supporter base.
Once we overtake the lie, we’ll be riding off into the distance. 😃👍🍀🏆🇮🇪⚽️😂

Hopefully Kilmarnock can hold them off long enough to get the hoardes nervous and then we’ll see how they manage.
I was fortunate enough to be taken regularly to home games and hampden from season 65-66 onwards, although I didn’t get to hun games at Hampden apart from the Glasgow cup final when a largely reserve Celtic team beat the hun 3-1.
Started to travel to away games in mid seventies.

Can’t believe some people still have that view. Without Fergus, we wouldn’t be what we are today. It’s that simple.
He was a businessman first, but still had a vision, realised that vision and took us to levels we might never have known without him.
The stadium, the model, stopping the ten etc was all down to Fergus.
