    My plan was to come to your place with two grandkids , a 3yo and a 9yo about 11am spend a bit of time then head down to southerness to the beach and check out caravan spots to rent for a week .

    I did the Celtic Haj in May last year and the Estadio was everything I hoped that it would be. Lisbon, itself, is a beautiful and vibrant city with lots to see and do.

     

    I think someone on here posted this…it’s a bit focused on the vlogger rather than the subject, but it’ll give you a flavour of what to expect…

    18 Yard Man…Wow! Got a wee lump in the throat watching that. The stadium really hasn’t changed. The trees behind the goals where all three goals were scored, I remember running up a path through them, heart pounding, I could hear the Celtic fans singing. Got through the turnstile and came out at the top of the terracing just as the teams were coming out onto the park. Stood there for a moment watching them and catching my breath before making my way down to find a spot directly behind the goals about a quarter of the way down. I remained there for the entire game. The rest, as they say, is history. At the end I did jump the moat and spend some time on the pitch from where I saw big Billy receive the cup.

    Sorry, cant help but I have NEVER been to a League game where I did NOT see many fans holding tickets up for sale.

     

    I realise that the LAST game of the Season might be different but if you don`t have far to travel, it might be worth it.
