    A pity. Some great performances but we were playing with 8 or 9 players for most of game.

     

    Sorry for Hazard, thought he had played well until that aberration at the end.

     

    Laxalt equally at fault to give away a free in that area in stoppage time was criminal.

     

     

    We have 2 excellent players in Turnbull & Soro, begs the question why we haven’t been seeing them earlier in the season.

     

    Turnbull, Soro & Duffy my Jobo 3.

    Hazard will get an easier ride because he’s young but he’s comfortably the worst of our three keepers. Bain probably the best which says it all really.

    Laxalt can read a game gets to the ball and is useless using it useless, typical bad goal to lose, we tired , well the development players are nowhere near fit enough for 90 minutes neither is Turnbull yet but what a player the guy is,keeper sold the goal but had a decent game, as did Duffy, Hibs are garbage a full team out and could not create anything, Jack Ross can stay where he is another over rated prima dona who talks a good game with his deep voice.

    Fair result. Turnbull, Duffy and Soro ( in that order) for me. Hazard was in with a chance of a place but a bit flappy at their goal ruled him out. No room for sentiment in Jobo`s competition.

    McLean also did his job hobbled Soro from the outset, warned him after ONE foul, booked him after his SECOND, cheat! Also completely ignored at least half a dozen clear fouls and Rogic only got a foul if he was fouled two or three times. He didn’t lose us the two points but he helped.

    Hibs fully deserved their point, had us under pressure most of the game , Laxalt looked knackered and gives away needless/pointless free kick that once again we can’t defend , we have 3 players on the line and Duff y miss kicks the clearance straight to the Hibs player when its easier to clear or kick out for a corner, but hey ho at least we didn’t get beat.

    I don’t blame the kids that played for us tonight. I blame the incompetent management team. I wanted NL out after Huns 2 nil game We are a very poor team from top to bottom and have been all season. We are not unlucky it’s not the refs it’s not the SNP or the SFA It’s a very poor CEO a disinterested owner and a manager who is way out of his depth.

     

    There’s hour dinner. Get used to it.

    BTW: Amazing what a difference a proper 10 yards makes on a free kick. With the ball on the D, the wall had to be on the penalty spot.

    Laxalt almost gave a goal away two minutes before the needless free kick. Sloppy play on both occasions.

     

     

    Hibs had around 10 corner kicks which we coped ok with, I thought perhaps luck was on our side tonight.

     

    Turnbull, Soro and Welsh all had good games.

     

     

    Biggest disappointments were MJ and Rogic. Has anyone ever explained why Rogic, after years of being a senior player, still can’t manage 90 minutes? How can a full time pro have such a weak engine?

    Ignoring all the noise, there was a part of me that really hoped that 10 wasn’t dead…tonight I accept the reality that 10 still isn’t dead 😂

    Feel genuinely sorry for that minority who – after a bad result – simply can’t wait to put the boot in or lash out at those who have a different perspective.

     

     

    Internet age I suppose.

     

     

    Celtic bring me lots of pleasure and, occasionally, heartache.

     

     

    Glad they are part of my life.

     

     

    But I simply don’t understand that minority for whom (judging by their posts) Celtic provide no pleasure at all.

    Not one player can be blamed or faulted tonight. I’d have said the same if we’d list 3-0 and big Shane had given away two penalties and scored an OG. (Justvam example- he had a very solid game this evening).

     

     

    This one is on lawwell and everyone who allowed Dubai to go ahead.

     

     

    I can’t even think about it just now, it makes me so angry. Morally wrong. Operationally disastrous. If you think this way, as our board do, it was also utterly damaging for ‘the brand’ and measured by their own warped business ethic they should face the consequences. But oh, wait, the same neo Liberal bull crap thinking that they deal in also says that the tab for failure is picked up by Joe public, onbthis case us, while they cut and run with their ill gotten gains.

    I am I a happy clapper? I have supported Celtic for since my father made me (a reluctant 9-year-old) sit and watch the 67 Final. The only interest I have in sport (Down GA aside) is Celtic. I accept that the Board were complacent – Sevco have bought the Title with illigit money. What do I do? Insult the players, the staff etc? How many of the keyboard warriors have actually invested a huge part of their lives, their family budget, and their positivity into SUPPORTING Celtic? I know the ‘REAL’ supporters will jump on this. I don’t care. Try living in the North of Ireland and supporting Celtic. The sectarian abuse, the smug fellow Nationalist M. U. and Liverpool supporters. Oh, well. I am devastated, but I hope the young Celts who played tonight feel SUPPORTED!

    We had a midfielder playing left back and a midfielder playing right back with players who play those positions on the bench. Can’t even pick the right team with nothing to pick from. Those who were chosen were all heroes for me tonight.They didn’t decide to go to Dubai. Brilliant performance in the face of a tidal wave of Scottish hatred. There is no justice sometimes.
