    If my memory serves me correctly, he is the brother of Brian McLean who used to play for… yip you guessed it!

    We need to come out and OVERWHELM Butcher’s thugs,and give the officials no option but to acquiesce to our superiority and better play.

    I posted last night that Celtic would be playing 14 men. It’s no surprise to be proved right. Get another goal and keep injury free–that’ll do me.

    HT Celtic 1-0 ICT

     

     

    It’s not what we were hoping for after some great performances recently but we are in front and it can only get better. ICT are working very hard but another goal should finish them off and allow us to settle down a bit and start to play a bit more on the deck. The difference in the sides is the quality of the defences. ICT have not been given a sniff at goal by our back 4 who look really strong. Our best move ended in a goal which was well finished by Ledley who has been up and down the left side all game. Broonie has also continued his good run of form. The game is not suiting Sammi up front. No idea why Neil plays him there as he never does well as an out and out striker. We need to see more from Forrest and Hooper. James has done well when he get’s the ball but he is not seeing enough of it

     

     

    Hopefully we will see a difference in our play second half. Unless we score early, we are going to have to grind out the right result. Seems like a game in which Paddy and Commons could shine.

    The refereeing is seriously suspect,but isn’t this commonplace at Parkhead…..how long will this be allowed to prevail? I know that’s a naive question,but it gets grinding…season in,season out. How many opposing teams need 13 players? Answer : all of them.

    A comment on the officials. I don’t think there is any bias there just incompetence. The standard of refereing in Scotland has to be the lowest in the world.

    These officials are a joke, they are just back from a training stint and this is how they perform.

     

     

    Stewart Regan promised better officiating from these morons and they are getting worse instead of better.

    On of the commentators on Ch67 is bit of an unconscious comedian.

     

     

    Complaining about the referee (and rightly so) but what he said was funny:

     

    “The referee should have stopped the game, Victor’s got a head knock: an elbow to the face!

     

    Everybody in the stadium saw that elbow except the ref, even if they’re all doing the huddle and they’ve got their backs to to the pitch, everybody saw it, except the ref!!!

     

    :o)

     

     

    Officials ARE bad though: some howlers in that first half.

     

     

    We need another goal to take the sting out of the ICT hammerthrowers.

    Their forwards have wasted a few opportunities too. I think we will see stokesy for Sammi for the last half hour.

     

     

    Officials doing their best to wind up the fans too. We need to rise above it.

    Well bhoys, you see now what happens when the cheats hold their meetings down in spain. a good few days to lay out their plans, and not enough with this disgraceful display, richmond is the 4th official.

    Commentators are bonkers…….I’m headbuttin’ the wall in frustration….not as painful as listening to the bollox and witnessing the officiating. Valium in the splodge methinks.
