SFA should just make a new rule ICT get a handball/penalty/ red card not given in every game next season and be done with it..

You could be right and the rule might have changed. I’m talking from a long distant memory of an incident in a game decades ago which I’m sure involved Dortmund and it might have been the Huns or Liverpool when a player who was off the pitch came back on while the ball was in play and scored or nearly scored. The opposition went mental as did the commentary team. I’m sure one of the leading mibs at the time was asked about it and he gave the explanation I gave above ………………… or I could have dreamed the whole thing :-))
