When we were looking at signing Soro,looking at him on you tube,he was hitting fantastic diagonal balls,left and right.More games,hopefully see his game develop.Moi would have been in my picks,if he had not been a bit too careless at times.He has loads of talent.Ajer,different player on the right.Jullien immense in the air tonight.

Soro and Turnbull can’t be dropped Sunday.
Experience tells us they will, for Christie and Brown.
Team sheet on Sunday will tell us a lot. Big call for Neil and a bit of bravery required.

Good point, The best thing about it is that there were so many good performances it is difficult to fit everyone deserving in to the lineup. That has to bode well.

It’s good to have a selection problem this season brought about by having to decide which player to leave out. I love young Henderson. I think I would go with your selection and play him. I did think Moi played very well too tonight.

The ‘ fringe ‘ players showed us what we could see in them in their cameo appearances. Why couldn’t the coaching staff see that? The big bucks with the small vision team.

At RB we’re running out of options now as I suspect Frimpong will be missing so why not.
Bitton however, is a no from me. Too slow in midfield. There’s a role still for Christie beside Turnbull and Soro behind them. Play Callum at No. 10 in front.

That Lille team were way better than anything in the SPFL including Sevco ,which must give us a possibility of rescuing the league IF Lenny takes the lessons from tonight’s brave lineup..
Only doubts I have are with Ajeti who doesn’t seem mobile enough and big Shane .
For a youngster , Hazard looks more assured and exudes more confidence than Barkas , Soro is like Broony with fresh duracells in and Turnbull brought more to the team tonight than either Christie or Ntcham have recently.
Add Eddy and Griff into the equation and this turnaround Lenny is always on about might have a chance of happening .

He is a frustrating player but he has got lots of talent and I thought he gave a very strong performance tonight. I did say above, though, that I would go with Henderson on Sunday as per Ray-Singh Carr’s selection.

For their first McGregor made a mistake but Laxalt letting the scorer have a free run was unbelievable to watch. And his attempt at playing the guy offside and getting wrong by 3 yards near the end equally bad. Bags of energy but could have cost us two goals. He’s exactly what we don’t need at present. We need solid defenders to steady the ship and give us confidence we can hold a lead. Let the attaching players do the damage.

Next big thing — find the right partner for IS as a 2 in MF.
Keep CMcG away from the role as far as legally possible.
Given the squad — ON might be the best bet.
He would not want to be overshadowed by his understudy.
Not sure RC is in the zone at the moment and he needs time for reflection.
Main thing is that SB is past it as a starter and CMcG is another who has issues to deal with.
DT has to start on Sunday.
EH still needs time to develop.
I have to disagree on Laxsalt.He is exactly the type of player we need at the moment.100%.effort.

The defence is still a shambles,again gives away 2 Goals,Good result tonight but not getting carried away ,I ll see what team Lennon plays on Sunday ,it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to play mostly the players that started tonight,Big Duffy still dodgy ,Julien not as good as he thinks he is ,No 1 Priority in January 2 Full Backs and a Centre Half.
Just think on this, JOBO’s POTY table shows Soro with exactly ZERO points. After one abysmal game this season ( I forget which one) and out of sheer frustration, I voted for the only 3 players with no points – Soro, Bayo and Dembele.
JOBO ruled it out of order on a mere technicality – none of them had actually played. I think Soro will zoom up the table now.
