    When I saw that tackle today and Kieran’s hand going up I thought the worst, thankfully it wasn’t as bad as it looked, but it could have been, yet those who employ the players are happy to allow this to continue.

     

    They are derelict in their duty to their employees imo.

    Another win,another 3 points,another clean sheet.Those outcomes will always make me happy.Performance wasn’t the best but it didn’t need to be,Motherwell were piss poor.

     

    The tackle on Kieran was a straight red.Tackles like that are from a bygone era in football,except here in Scoatlin it seems.Saying that,I don’t see what benefit we’ll see from Brendan calling the mibs out,their prejudice would mean they’d hold it against him and,if such a thing is possible,be even more bias against us.Keeping his powder dry is the best tactic,it gives them and the SMSM nothing to bleat about and twist against him.Brendan’s smart,he knows what he’s doing.

     

    Lastly,when did we sign Roy Batty?Thought he slotted into Nir’s position seemlessly. ;))

    Not long back from the game. I share the view of others that Forrest was Motm ( although, as nearly always for me, Broony was the most influential ).

     

    I am surprised at the comments on the ref.officials. I thought they were fair.

     

    The `tackle` on Tierney looked clumsy and I could understand the yellow but it was the opposite side of the pitch from 106 so maybe I will change my mind when I see it again.

     

    We completely outclassed `well so it was hard for the players to really raise their game but w were good enough without being exhilarating …..which is maybe why so many left from the eightieth minute onwards.

    I hope your info is wrong. I’d rather take another 100 years of Stupid FC stupid insensitivity than have 1 more case of abuse of any young boy at any club. However if true it should be dealt with appropriately and sensitively and not used as a stick to beat back the insensitivity and throughtlessness of others.

     

     

    We are, and everyone should be above using these detestable acts as a means to score points.

    In my personal opinion, I don’t think we will pay as lackluster for the rest of the season.

     

    That was our one poorish game by our standards, so now for the hammering. The guy who sits next to me puts £2 on for Celtic to hit eight. I reckon he will jackpot before the season end.

     

     

    Can we please have a crowdfunding for the poor souls who don’t have a smart phone sitting in the main stand. It’s a shame they can’t participate on 67 minutes :-))))))

    The tackle happened just in front of where I sit. From the benefit of my bedroom though it was as clear a red as you are likely to see. High and straight leg with pace into KT. We should just be thankful it wasn’t his standing leg or it could well have been career threatening!

    When I were a young fella I got knee ligament damage, the pain had me in tears, , now I know that Kieran is no one to fake anything and when I saw him gesturing to the bench he was in trouble, the pain came back to me, I was as near as damit sick, yet this is a regular occurance in scotland, it is against us in any case, last week Scotty Sinclair was lucky he isny in a stookie.

     

    I was under the impression that Pedro was the man within scottish footy, he is failing big time imo, a quiet word is called for, get it sorted or expose the feckin lot of them and to hell with the consequences.

    I thought BRs sub taking Bitton off was telling, he was falling into his bad old days, too many touches,hospital passes and just slack in general I would gladly have given Forrest away ; but he has really stepped up under BR.

    Good result today, and enjoyed the company of EDB’ Daughters and BRTH, Old Tim and Blantyre Tim, please keep Edb in your prayers for which ever god you worship.

     

     

    Walked round to the Main Entrance after the game and watched the Motherwell Players coming out, and every second player had Celtic Jerseys which they had swapped, also asked Lasley how he didn’t kick many of our players today, which he replied, l couldn’t catch them.

    Very noticeable this season that our team is not reacting overmuch to bad challenges, some of them outrageous.

     

     

    Is this BR discipline I wonder? Always to remain focused on the job at hand, suffer no distractions?

     

     

    I support the principle but also approve of teammates protecting their own.
