Cheers, I thought Jobo was away for a well earned rest, I know think Kevin, Perry & Jobo in Space (Ibiza, not the moon) all kidding aside, again great work for wee Shay, I remember in McChuills or walking to MacChuills when you were saying you were speaking about (maybe wee Oscar) and your good lady said “why don’t you do something” those words stayed with me, and am sure your good lady now knows, you (& others) haven’t defintely done something
We’ve had the Kelly Kids and the Quality Street Kids but this lot are so young they’re the Clearasil Kids:))
Brendan is here for a special reason I can’t get that thought out of my mind.
We might meet teams with bigger budgets and multi million pound players in Europe but I doubt we’ll meet many that are better coached.
The class and the style that is flowing through the whole club at the moment is like a wave carrying us on to greater things:))

Was Callums goal today as good as I think it was ?
——
Yes. Dare i say if some of his team mates had scored that goal the fuss would have been greater.
He has always had his strengths, but i didnt think he was capable of doing what he has been doing this season.
Not sure whether its down to Brendan or wee Joey ;)

Ralston impressed today, he is really powerful and quick. Thought that he defended well first and foremost, looked decent on the ball and could run all day. Got into some good positions in the attacking third but the final ball wasn’t great. I’m sure that will come, definitely a good prospect. Feel sorry for Gamboa not getting his chance, but there you go, it’s a hard school.
Wee Mikey looked good too, the trouble with the first half was there was not a great tempo to our game, so he wasn’t really involved as much as he would have wanted. Thought his movement was good, he was finding space at times but the ball didn’t come. He looked gallus on the ball and was prepared to hold it if nothing was on. I’m sure his mates wont let him forget that sclaffed shot. Not as physically developed as Ralston so the smart money would be on a season long loan somewhere next season.

Hi,
Great day at the game today. What are the thoughts on a cup final boycott? I’m on a personal boycott of Hamden after the ICT semi final (that was my straw) so it wouldn’t affect me. Just curious whether there is any appetite for it.
19th May is when, me and Aidy hopefully leave the Last Row.

There is no prospect of an SFA boycott. The Celtic end would sell out 5 times for the Final, regardless.
I went to semi finals recently against ICT and Ross County at Hampden, the Celtic end was half empty. Now all of a sudden there is uproar for tickets. Where were these fans last year and the years previous?
As long as the fans who really deserve the tickets for the Final get them, that is what matters. Thankfully, most of them will.
Was a good chance for Ralston to get a taste of the 1st team action and a feel for Paradise today instead of getting thrown in at an away ground.

When Neil was still playing he had a set two with a very young Broony, Neil was growling and Broony laughed at him (not many have the balls for that) anyway, by all accounts Neil then thought Broony reminded him of him…..
Again, Scott has been with us for nearly TEN (aye 10) seasons, I think he has had 8 great season, through my Scott Brown / Paul McStay tinted glasses
Broony couldn’t lace the Maestros boots, but I would have liked to see the two of them in the same midfield :-)

What a great time to be a Celtic supporter. Two young boys played today (and very well), Messi-like goal from Callum. Average age today must have been about 22 !
I grew up watching the Lions (born 1950), loved MON’s team………but this one is truly special, is it too much to believe that some day they may be nearly as good as the Lions ?
Pat Roberts, please stay, and wear number 7 jersey next season.

Cracking day at CP today in the glorious Glasgow sunshine. A great performance again and no let up in the momentum towards the legendary status of invincibles.
Good to catch up with a few old pals at the corner.
Very much looking forward to Lisbon. Especially now I’ll be sharing that experience with actual family and not just my ‘extended’ family.

Nice to see the two wee guys from the Argentina CSC on the park today at half time. They deserved their applause. My wee bro has been following their efforts to get here on twitter for months. What an effort and what an influence our great club has.
That wont go down well with the inmates of the scuttled hun hell ship. They’ll be frothing at the eyes and demanding a recount on the Belgrano.
Ralston and Johnstone must have got an extra wee fill up today by getting a chance from Brendan.
Although the league has long been done n dusted maintaining this undefeeted record is making the remaining fixtures almost as important now as they would have been earlier in the season.
In there own right they are all wee cup finals now and perhaps Brendan has gave them an extra boost by showing faith in them to win this particular cup final.
