May is beelzebub. Trump is the devil’s dug.

  3. GFTB. I have been in Germany for 10’days and not been able to comment too much. I think the draw is as ever difficult but could have been more difficult. We should have an excellent chance of 3rd place but, as ever, lawwell and compare doing what they do best. Screwing up from a position of strength.

But same as it ever way (@ talking heads).

A terrible waste of life..i remember the 3 girls from the band being over for the funeral, the guy that did the shooting served 22 months and then returned to his regiment without sanction or discipline. The bhoys in eire go bragh csc still display the banner on his anniversary. Madness, thankfully belfast is in a better place, its not perfect but its better.

I will be all over those bigots this week, they will not get any peace. They like social media to spread their bile, that suits TGM:)

But as long as my family are ok stiff the rest :-) such a terrible attitude but so truthful :-)

I do think where we reside is getting better, I was born in 1970 Gerard High Patrick one of my Granny’s seemingly said “he will never get a job” I have more or less worked since I left school, just my opinion but in my home country things are good, just need to get rid of the hate fest marches and things will get better, small steps will eventually lead to great strides :-)

Strand67, thankfully things are better in the six counties but from what I gather, there is still r,oom for improvement

They will never understand how us immigrants are much more intelligent than their inbred families. Wee shame really.

  13. I seen glory hoy I should be better than that but then again I simply have no idea why you believe I would lie other than to vindicate your own rather short sighted views.

Perhaps if you expect courtesy you should behave wit the same.

Only read back a couple,of pages, HOWEVVA

Mentions of Dunky Mackay brought a smile to my wrinkly visage.

Dunky was a cultured full back who could overlap and place accurate passes to a team mate.

First FB I’d seen who could motor up and down the wing and still defend.

    A worthy and inspirational captain.

  16. INVINCIBLE 'GG on

Did anyone else get suspicious about Column’s motives when he was regularly in the box acting, effectively, as another barrier on the crowded route to goal.

No thoughts of being behind the play, but in the middle of it instead.

    Paranoia is under rated.

Awaiting the arrival of the maestro for a medical.

Why would a loan need a medical?

Has he played a full game since the cup final?

  18. Morning bhoys from a sunny Valencia. Well its at least hot.

First chance I have had to review the game. Mid week caught up with us, flat and tired and st j took full advantage from the ko, Tommy Wright is a Wiley one and it isn’t the first time he gas got something from us at home.

Second half we kicked on with Callum and Stu coming on. Broony looks very tired already for so early in the season(played a lot of games so early) I wish he never returned to international fold, Mikel looks tired as well, the sooner boyatta and Erik are back the better, Mikel and NIR struggling big time so flat footed, this is having an adverse effect on Anthony and Kieran both were very unsure of position on Sat leaving both to get exploited. Both are top players prospects but they need experience and stability to grow just now we have neither this is also the case with Gordon’s uncertain displays again. No leaders at the back and Briony was quiet hence the sloppiness and confusion at the back.

Brendan was very quiet I just hope its tiredness and not signs of early frustration in light of transfer frustrations, I see his point with a trim squad but we are shy in a few positions and we do need another striker as we only have Leigh, Dembele is great but still very raw putting him into the project category for me, injured or off form and young, its happened too many times for us to rely on him. We need more goals in the team.

Hail Hail. Get a few in hopefully.

    E.T.

While Celtic, who dropped their first points of the season on Saturday with the 1-1 draw against St Johnstone, were the authors of their own downfall, Brown chimed with Brendan Rodgers’ comments that the club’s short passing style from the back was a risk worth taking – even if it sometimes causes panic amongst the fans.

“We play our game no matter what,” he said. “It’s hard to listen to fans during the game because we are too busy being focused on keeping the ball down and trying to play attractive football.
