CELTIC will kick off their pre-season schedule with a game against SC Wiener Viktoria.
The club’s non-international players will restart training at Lennoxtown today before Ange Postecoglou’s champions head for their summer camp in Austria.
The champions will play three friendlies during their 10-day stay – against SC Wiener Viktoria on July 6, old European foes Rapid Vienna three days later and Czech Republic outfit Banik Ostrava on July 13.
Blackburn Rovers are scheduled for Parkhead on Saturday July 16 before the Hoops head for Poland to face Legia Warsaw four days later in a tribute match for legendary goalkeeper Artur Boruc.
Postecoglou’s men then host Norwich City and former striker Teemu Pukki on July 23, their final match before the competitive fixtures begin with the Premiership opener against Aberdeen on Flag Day in the east end of Glasgow on Sunday July 31 with a 4.30pm start.
