Celtic’s run of games at home against low ranking teams continue tomorrow against Hamilton Academical. These matches are always straightforward on paper but it takes lots of energy to subvert any team of professionals. If we get a comparable performance in the opening period to what was on display against Airdrie and St Mirren, Accies will be in for a difficult afternoon.
Assuming Celtic do their job right, we can hope that Aberdeen take something from Kilmarnock at Pittidrie. Killie are currently only a point off the pace, although Celtic have a game in hand, against St Johnstone next midweek.
With his new strikers playing so well, Brendan Rodgers will be in no hurry to rush Odsonne Edouard back. I am also keen to see more of Ewan Henderson.

It’s not political correctness it’s the terror of the extreme left minority.
California has a rival in New York in pandering to the extremes.
Last week, Governor Cuomo, who claims to be Catholic and rubs shoulders with Cardinal Dolan, passed a so called “Health Bill” which allows abortion up to the last day of the third trimester. No questions asked.
He had the brass neck to cheer it’s passing and order the lights on the on the World Trade Center to be turned pink.
Meanwhile the feckless, cowardly New York Catholic hierarchy issues a wishy washy statement abhorring the bill, after the event. And one upstate Bishop tells us we should vote Democrat.
I despair for my Church, my fellow human beings and the mentality of a state where you can’t shoot an eagle, or steal its eggs, or execute a child murderer but you can poison a fully formed baby. And even if the abortion fails and the baby survives, you can still kill it.
God save us all.

I was aware of the situation with Cuomo .
There`s a current movie about the crimes of an abortionist who performed post partum abortions aka murders .
Finding it difficult to find cinemas to show the movie .
The Catholic Church .
I learned many years ago is NOT the hierarchy , the Vatican , the Pope , Bishops , the priests.
The Catholic Church , the Body of Christ , is US.
The people . The punters.
The Catholics who may or may not attend Mass every week but who adhere to the basic tenets of Catholicism .

The movie I think you refer to is the Gosnell movie.
It was produced by Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer.
They had to raise the money independently to finance the production.
Despite good reviews very few cinemas would show it.
As a small contributor I received an email last week informing me that my DVD copy would be sent to me shortly.
The news media here hardly covered the trial as they treated it as a local Philly news item.
Yet another indication of their bias.
Busy day tomorrow.
Celtic in the morning then my gorgeous grandson’s second birthday party in the afternoon.
It’s an hour away so my daughter carefully ensured the timing to not interfere with the Celtic game.
We are lucky to have family looking after us.
