    Hope the board let Ronny see it through.

     

    Can’t believe there is talk about giving Neil Lennon another go at the manager’s job. I think that would be a retrograde step. Good Tim but not an improvement imo.

     

    I thought Celtic were terrible to watch in his last season.

    I thought the appointment of ronny deila was a mistake to put it mildly,

     

    I have wanted to see the back of him from day one. Always knew it was only a matter of time.

     

    However not convinces now is the time to change. Unless someone who would improve us is lined up and ready to take over. I doubt that’s the case

     

    So ronny is here until the end of the season. Hopefully we will be champions and get a new man in

    Well there’s a thing! NL might be coming back tomorrow. What for? I liked hom as manager ,in fact, I still use a photo of us two together as my ‘wallpaper’ ( tho’ that might be because I am in it!), but think back to his last season here- all about records- most goals,least goals,most wins etc etc. What about giving young players a chance when the game or the league is wrapped up ? No chance got to get a good CV together for later. Not a great lover of RD but he is the Celtic manager and he gets my support till he leaves or is pushed.BTW Eric is a class player and no doubt will be our CEO’s next sale! The big an from Turkey via England will be a good man to have once he realises green and white hoops mean you are not playing to the Laws of the Game but to the MIBS interpretation thereof!! KTF.

    Somebody said earlier, I was having a post lunch nap, that there was zero support for the manager, and there is a rumor circulating that Lennon is on his way to Celtic Park.

    Thank you. I happen to think why wait until the end of the season unless the board think he can come through this and take us forward next season. I just don’t see that happening unfortunately. The signs are not good and waiting is a mistake imo. HH

    ……..like moaning women bleating on endlessly about one thing or another. Constantly and its getting too much to listen to.

     

     

    Every post has about 15 pages of bleating, hormonal, must listen to me coz my period is bigger and bloodier than yours.

    100% correct mate I know of no one who believes in him anymore apart from Paul67 and a few on here . Its a shambles …..any other club who are or think they are a big club would have gave him his jotters long ago. I just wonder if the only thing keeping him there is that PL knows he should also shoulder the blame and probably walk out the door with him ……so its a case of fingers arms and legs crossed in the hope that he comes good …no plan !

    Please stop rabbiting on about Peter Lawwells salary/bunus as an answer to everything – even cutting it in half would have no effect on Celtic’s on the field displays – there is much dissatisfaction with LVG at Man Utd, however it is never linked to the millions that Glaziers take out of the club in annual management fees – nor should it. LVG, like Ronny, is backed to the best ability of the board, what happens on the field is the responsibility of the FOOTBALL department.

    You on the other hand are a member of that other nauseating faction within our support, The Moral High-Ground Brigade (MHB) – a bunch whose views are expressed during bouts of altitude sickness.

     

     

    You have seen Mary’s Meals on Southampton shirts and you think “Celtic should do that”. Now I am sure that if Celtic were in Southampton’s position and receiving circa £60 million in TV money, some consideration would be given to this kind of gesture – as it is, The Celtic Foundation does great work in the charity field, and has been gor years.

     

     

    Do you think that the Magners money is not important to the club – should we just ditch it, and while we are at it, why not turn Celtic Park into a giant foodbank six days a week – and make up for the alledged fraud that has closed the Maryhill Foodbank, one that the fans supported on a number of occasions.

     

     

    Celtic is a business – it needs to be run as a business in order to benefit the club.

     

     

    So please all members of the PPD and the MHB – come down from Cloud Cuckoo Land(CCL) and join the real world where tough choices have to be made and where money doesn’t ‘grow on trees’

    Today was awful but getting a result and no injury problems was the main priority.

     

     

    Well done to EK for giving their fans a performance to be proud of, and congrats to Paddybhoy’s son for his MotM display in goal.

     

     

    Next few league games are crucial, let’s give the team our full support.

    I doubt there are many Ronnie fans left but those advocating his continuation in post ( even if only til summer) do so because they genuinely believe that is the best interest off he team’s chances of retaining the title. I include Paul 67 among those who challenge the ‘ ‘best get shot now believers. I’m in the sooner the better camp but I accept both positions as reasonable.

     

    I’m hearing very few saying he is the long term option….ominously not even Peter Lawwell…
