FORMER Celtic rookie keeper Jordan Hart has joined Championship outfit Ayr United.
The 20 year old shotstopper moved to Annan after being freed by the Hoops a year ago and made 30 appearances as the borders side just missed out on the play-offs by one goal.
Former Scotland Youth star Hart now hopes to make the breakthrough at Somerset Park.
Boss Ian McCall said: “Obviously, he is still very young. However, he played nearly every game for Annan last season and we see great potential in him.
“Our goalie coach Robert Glen knows him very well as he was with him when they were at Celtic. Greg Fleming will start the season as our number one because he earned that with his performances last season.
“So, it is up to Jordan to work hard and try and get in the team.”
