I think I live in a different world than some people. In my world the manager of Celtic has endured an incredibly stressful month. Yesterday he would have dealt with news from a serious criminal trial after a bomb was sent to him.
Today he is being taunted in a newspaper by a former referee who suggests he “explodes at the side of a park”. Even for a former SFA official, this is astonishingly poor taste. The article goes on to betray enormous hostility towards Neil Lennon and, for reasons which appear opportunistic, Peter Lawwell.
Our manager will get through these difficult weeks and will hopefully never have to endure such stresses again. SFA officials, current or past, cannot meaningfully lay a glove on him. He can pay their fines and will continue to manage a winning Celtic team.

In my professional experience, a report like tonight’s will have contained only the facts the lawyers were absolutely sure were unactionable.
Telly lawyers tend to be very, very conservative.
On that basis, I imagine there is much, much more out there about Bain and McLelleand’s administration of EBTs to “players, coaches, and Greig”…

I still dont want Rangers to be Liquidated thats to easy I want them to be kept hobbling along. I want an agreement reached with HMRC that every penny will be paid back plus interest over say a 10 year period. Bain asked for his bonus to be paid via ebt ffs! That means the intent of their usage was for wages and not loans!

The shredding information suggests Rangers knew what they were up to and were covering it up.
It is no great leap of imagination to conclude that they would not send anything to the SFA that they themselves would prefer to keep hidden or indeed shred.
