Tonight Aberdeen play the second of a run of three consecutive away games. After overcoming St Johnstone 3-4 in Perth a week ago they are on the road to face Inverness. The Highlanders have not lost in a month, and haven’t lost at home since the visit of Celtic in November, so John Hughes men will provide a stern test for Aberdeen.
Aberdeen are back on the road to Firhill on Friday night. Their season has been free of fixture congestion. This is a rare week with two games, and an even rarer one with two away games. It could be a pivotal period in the campaign.
Celtic won comfortably in the end against Ross County but confidence seemed at a low ebb until Leigh Griffiths opened the scoring. Sentiment may have swung in our favour before we take to the field at home to Inverness on Saturday.

I wanted to scoosh this league and use later games to try out our younger guys and new guys from a position of ease .
No huns.No Hibs and we`re hanging out for I.C.T. to do us a favour against the comparatively skint Aberdeen.
As the MSSM has been so keen to see Aberdeen go level with us, can we expect them to mention that : A 31 goal Aberdeen victory against Partick Thistle will see them at the top of the table alongside Celtic.

Willie Collum is a truly dreadful, game spoiling referee…(but with eyes that can see round corners)
Watched the game good passing n fitness from both teams but Inverness were hard n tough in the tacking passing n 50/50s something we lack at times.
Enjoyed the game. Collum is a poor ref.

Main thing is for us to put 3 or 4 wins in a row together. Then with games running out the finishing line comes in sight. If we can put a bit of daylight between us and the pack, it will give us a chance to introduce a few of the new guys.

The same media who have always ignored eyes in the back of heid have suddenly decided he is awful.
I feel Wullie has upset a few and only another great performance against us could save his career from stalling.
I am quite surprised at people on here saying it definitely was not a penalty. I would not have given it but I can see why it was given. Also, technically it was a penalty for the raised foot so to say it was DEFINITELY NOT a penalty is a little surprising. And interesting.
