Green/Whyte enablers, racism and Ibrox security

1089

Have you ever seen a ‘Rangers’ director pushed by a journalist on a question he dodged before yesterday?  It’s never happened.  STV’s Peter Smith did something no journalist in the history of Scottish football has done before, pressed a question when the man in charge at Ibrox dodged the initial inquiry.  Smith dismissed the deserved praise that came his way last night by suggesting it’s what a journalist does.  True, but refreshing nonetheless.

I was reminded last night that Green’s examination by the old media has come earlier in his journey to the bottom that Craig Whyte’s did last season.  Whyte was being backed by some, let’s call them enablers, right up until the week before Rangers went into administration.  Unfortunately for Green some in the media, and perhaps a few in the support, were embarrassed by their backing of Whyte last year and will not repeat the mistake.

Apart from the aforementioned Green, I have only ever known one person to use the word “darkie” (I missed 1970s ‘comedians’).  He was born in the first years of the 20th century, too young for the first war and too old to be conscripted for the second.  Well into his 90s, I heard him say “there are a lot of darkies on TV these days”.  He was reprimanded and immediately realised what he had done.  An apology and a period of over-compensation followed.

It falls to SFA president Campbell Ogilvie to ensure that such language has no place in Scottish football.  Disciplinary proceedings should be issued, unless, of course, the SFA view the matter in a different light.  Any future appearance of a Charles Green image on a banner or effigy at Celtic Park, or use of the words ‘Our New Hero’ to describe him, should not be regarded as an endorsement of his views, only his work in football.

Celtic minstrels will write songs about him, I have heard the words “man-love” being used this week.

Will Newco stay active long enough for Craig Whyte’s security over Ibrox, crystallised by yesterday’s ruling that he owes Ticketus circa £17m and therefore had a piece of the action at Rangers after all, to have an effect?  There are so many icebergs around Newco probably not.

It was interesting to hear Manchester United’s endorsement of Newco as a potential English Premier League club being debated on STV.  Now out of Europe, Manchester United were asked if they would play a fundraiser at Ibrox later this month.  I hope Green’s comments on the interview don’t spoil relations.

I was pleased to hear we were drawn at home for the next game but for pity’s sake, sending Motherwell to Tannadice the day before defeats the point. This is a complete failure.

Add this to the fact that Fraser Forster’s biggest fan is making his First Holy Communion when we are at home to St Johnstone on 11 May and you get a taste of the frustration in our house last night.

He realises the importance of his First Communion but thought we could cancel the party afterwards and have an alternative celebration at Celtic Park. We’ll distract him on the day…..

As many of you are already aware, the Celtic Trust have arranged a process whereby, if you live in Scotland, you can easily contact your MSP to back the FAC call for an inquiry into policing at the Gallowgate last month.  You can find the information and template here, go do it.

If all else fails, the alt. meds route will be getting scrutinised. I’ve already looked into aspects of it……much is utter rubbish, but there are some interesting and verifiable treatments out there.

But, like I say, for now I’m trusting in conventionality and I am getting treatment from highly reputable oncologists.

Here’s a devastating true story … but one the Sevconian’s aren’t going to like …

Either Green and his secret backers own them, or Whyte and his secret backers do. Either this will remain the case, or they will flip to someone else’s control.

Either way, the club has an unsustainable cash flow, a mountainous rebuilding job to do, facing a period of financial penury lasting more than a decade and a job in front of them lasting some twenty odd years.

There is no way back, not for at least ten years. The damage that’s been done to them is acute. Charles Green is cutting costs fast, and every man who goes, every structure he pulls down, is going to hurt them. This is not rebuilding, because without money no real rebuilding is possible. This is a guy laying tracks in front of the moving train … and sooner or later they’re going to run out of time.

Put your feet up and enjoy it. Even if we don’t get one of the multiple disaster endings, life as they know it as at an end. The party is over. They haven’t all adjusted to that fact yet, but it’s coming. The mountain is on the move.

I am loving every second of it.

    The World in False-Face

    by Revilo P. Oliver

    Excerpts:

THE CURRENT issue of News of the New World (Honeydew, South Africa) contains an excerpt from the issue of Special Office Brief for 20 June 1985. It is a clear statement of an important element in the elaborate swindle that is called “democracy.”

The editor, commenting on the function of the persons whom the public in a “democracy” regards as its political “leaders” and thinks it has chosen as Prime Ministers or Presidents, observes that:

“They are presented to us as actors. A great actor may portray Napoleon on the stage brilliantly without possessing the smallest knowledge of military strategy. He is an actor and we see only the actor. We know nothing of the real person behind the actor.”

The editor’s description of the “democratic process” holds true for all of the Aryan nations that God’s Master Race is now liquidating, but the editor was, of course, immediately concerned with Maggie Thatcher, the shabbat goyah who now rules the ruins of Great Britain for the Jews. She is the English counterpart of our Ronnie, and although she did not have his experience as an actor in low-grade motion pictures, she had a natural talent for histrionics and was easily trained for her role when, as Colin Jordan says in his excellent article, “Kosher Queen of Britain,” in Spearhead for June 1985, a team of theatrical experts “got to work on her: her hair, face, clothes, voice, gestures, situations (namely the arrangement of ‘controlled walkabout situations’ where she was filmed talking to ‘ordinary people’ and doing vote-fetching things).”

The theatrical experts trained the unscrupulous and clever, but fundamentally stupid, actress so well that, as Mr. Jordan says, “when the day of the great political sale arrived, and her promoters took their perfected product to the general election, this plasticized personality leapt to the top of the political pop-chart, and the Conservatives won the day.” (Readers need not be told that there is nothing conservative about the gang of thieves and traitors in Britain who, in well-staged competition with other gangs, call themselves “Conservative” because the name enables them to enlist and exploit the demoralized and befuddled debris of the aristocracy and gentry who once made Britain Great, and to jabber about “free enterprise” and “privatization” as they sell, for the profit of the Jews, the industries that their “Labour” counterparts took from the owners and “nationalized” a few years ago.)

Good article i can tell you some more on this, Rothschild was desperate for a conservative government and backed both Thatcher and Edward Heath, Rothschild apparatus was instrumental in getting Thatcher into the Rothschild controlled borough of Finchley, and getting her cabinet controlled by inapropriate jews, some of whom like Keith Joseph were mentaly unstable, and whose actions ‘bordered on the criminal’ ( same as ………. ) Thatcher had no autonomy and did just as she was told. The falklands war in MI6 was called Rothschilds war, as it was really about what he saw as not sharing his mineral wealth with Argentina ( or britian for that matter )

  16. I’ll say this much for Thatcher. Despte warnings from whitehall political advisors, through her intransigence during the hunger strikes she galvanised the Republican movement into the political process that eventually led to meaningful power sharing. not her intention but much to the consternation of her rule brittania allies that was the outcome. Justice, equality and parity of esteem for Irishmen would have been a bed sore for her in the final years of reflection. The laughter of our children ad infinitum.

POLICE have carried out a series of raids of properties in Scotland and England relating to Craig Whyte’s purchase of Rangers from Sir David Murray.

Whyte bought the club for £1 in 2011 while a large tax liability was in dispute. The club went into administration less than a year later and was liquidated when Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) rejected a Company Voluntary Arrangement over a tax bill.

Charles Green later re-formed the club after purchasing its

    assets from Whyte.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Officers have carried out a number of searches at addresses in Scotland and England. These related to both domestic and business premises. This remains an ongoing investigation, and no further information can be provided.”

Mr Whyte was ordered to pay £18 million to the finance firm Ticketus after he lost a claim against him at the High Court in London yesterday.

The firm, which provided nearly £27m to help the businessman purchase Rangers two years ago, said it had also been awarded interest and costs

Walter Smith fires warning to Charles Green

    Tom English on ole Chuck

Green takes a pride in his straight-talking Yorkshire ways, so let’s deal in the kind of language that he will clearly understand. It’s over. He has become a liability, an embarrassment to the club. The fans, in rising numbers, don’t trust him any more, don’t buy his shtick of the honest man giving it to them straight. There are issues with Ally McCoist, issues with Smith, issues – of whatever import – with Whyte and those damaging tape recordings. There is silence from the chairman, Malcolm Murray, but we know there is no love lost there either. The SFA is on his case now as well and herein lies a clear illustration of the inescapable mess he has landed himself in.

Everybody knows the reality of the relationship between your average Rangers man and Stewart Regan and his people at the SFA. If Regan announced by way of a statement that today is Thursday very few Rangers fans would believe him. Some would check the calendar. Most wouldn’t even bother doing that. They’d assume he was making it up. There were those of us who thought that hell would freeze over quicker than a Rangers man agreeing with anything that came out of Hampden, but you’d have to say that many – if not the vast majority – of Ibrox fans have no issue with the SFA for going after Green. In fact, they support it. They are embarrassed by what he said about Ahmad and how he tried to justify it. In increasing numbers they are fed up with the sound of his voice.
