    I take it you disagree the_huddle.

     

    I do blame Celtic. I am an Irish Celtic fan. I have to tell other irish people the clubs history. I have to tell them a Mayo man laid the first piece of turf, the flag flies over the stadium, one of the greatest managers was born in Newry etc etc.

     

    Its the clubs responsibility to market themselves – thats business. They should be in schools here with ex players, telling the history, giving away tickets to SPL games with free tours etc etc. ………..so yes I do think the club could and should do more. They are up against the might of the EPL and Sky. They cant sit back and think Irish kids will chose to actively support Celtic.

    If Irish kids support Liverpool then you have to look closer to home and not Celtic football club.
