Disappointed that we had so many skillful players on the park yet created so few chances.
Never mind, Paddy and Stuart have gained a bit of game time and the gap is 1 point wider.

Ps don’t give too cats about Murty or Sevco or cluggerwell and the hunfa I am just concerned by pure poor form all season. We have blamed injuries all season but I wonder if that’s all that’s wrong.
Should be walking it. If big Ed doesn’t score last week it would be panic stations. We have had a poor season and still are 10 clear with one in the cupboard. How ungrateful am I. ;)

Didn’t watch much of the 2nd half but thank christ we have the Huns in the semi-final of the Scottish cup. Seems that is the only team that some of these players are prepared to raise their game against.

Too many players not match fit maybe the problem today.

Not 1 Celtic player , getting pass marks from me this afternoon , well done to Motherwell, especially being down to 10 men, incidentally,I don’t think it was a sending off,MC Gregor , playing at left back not his position, being wasted there, also is Hendry, any better than Ralston,Ajer seemed to be a bag of nerves , plenty of chances, Sinclair should have scored, but like a lot of our players, his confidence seems to have gone.

If the mighty Gers had won their last 2 games Celitic would now be clinging on to a 1 point lead

Lots of square passing today but lacking when it matters most, when a team mate is in a better scoring position :(

Rotation v consistent team selection.
I said before Ajer got his run that we needed to give the lad a consistent run. They give him his chance he takes it with 18 or so starts on the go.
We probably need to do similar with 3 behind the striker. It just seems like too much chopping and changing leading to lack of fluency.
Maybe we have too many players who are similar.

Today underlined the saying that it’s easier to play with ten men than against ten men sometimes .
More perspiration than inspiration today, maybe a reaction to the high of last week.
The Scott Sinclair of last season would have tucked away that late chance but overall we didn’t do enough. Moussa seemed sluggish ,their CF proved more of a handful to our CB’s than he did to theirs.
Doesn’t alter the destination of the title in any way Bain did well, as did Hendry. Paddy and Armstrong will need
game time, but showed us a wee bit of what we’ve been missing.
No that much you can say about that today, mince, pish, garbage, lack luster, devoid of ideas, no desire, no penetration, etc, etc etc, still we are 10 points clear with another point clear due to our goal difference, how times have changed when we bitch and stamp our feet when we are that far ahead.
I am happy enough, the players we have are as good as they are, were they on top of their game every week they wouldn’t be playing for us, it’s as simple as.
Congratulations to Motherwell!!!!! Why? Did they win a trophy today? Did they avoid relegation? Did they win a game of football with 10 men like we did last week against Sevco away from home and a few weeks ago against Aberdeen away from home? What a croc of s**t.

Jack Henry, remaining calm and fronting up despite his inexperience with The Celts

I lavishly praised Celtic last season for being arguably the most entertaining team in the UK last season. What has happened since. ?
Yes we will win the league and optimistically the double treble, however we are a shadow of the team we were last season. This is not debatable, it’s a fact.

10 pts. clear at the top with a better goal diff than the rest….I find it hard to be negative but
today’s performance was indeed poor, no ifs or but’s , as a team we have become very pedestrian in our build up play , why was SS who is lacking confidence brought on and played in front of a home support baying for his blood due to previous, CM would have been a much better option with his trickery.
you can have all the possession in the world but we have to up the tempo and be quicker in thought and movement going forward ,our what ever reason or players are nervous wrecks at the back, far too many games this season have all been of similar pattern, 8 draws so far this season sums it up.

Just woke up. Think I must have dozed off watching that. Bad advert for Scottish fitba today
Won’t be the first or the last time ten men held on for a draw, hardly earth shattering especially when covered by anti Celtic SKY or its septic coverage
If we’d have squeezed a goal in, it would have been a brilliant three points, so ten clear with a game in hand right slap bang in the middle of SMSM’s imaginary title race, will do for me Tommy ( what’s the keeper daein? )
Shot shy? and at the same time had Scott Sinclair or James Forrest released the ball to the waiting striker on two occasions your auntie would have been your uncle etc.
Too cold to play silky soccer and without a doubt we sometimes lack finish outwith these Sunday kickabouts against the bigger sides like Motherwell. The substitutions didn’t work today, it was all too rushed a bit like Craig Thomson’s indecently early whistle, when a goal was inevitable, even for Andy Walker.
Thought the back line did well especially Boyata and Bain, with Ajer and Henry in support, and a long future look of permanency about them.

Celtic got tons of praise for last weeks game so I think its fair enough they take a bit of criticism for that display. You can sugar it by saying we gained a point on our nearest rivals but the fans who turned up on a horrible day deserved better. At no point was I confident Sinclair would put that ball away Paddy was screaming for it to be squared, definately not the Sinky of last season.I would like to see Celtic start off on the front foot against these teams put them under pressure and don’t let them get a foothold in the game like today.Third nil nil draw in the league this season that’s too many for a team of our calibre.
I hope Broony watched that match tonight, hears what that little runt ( rhyming slang) had to say, then chins the little arse the next time they cross paths.
I wonder if the defence never having played as unit before had any influence on how they played…
I wonder if having season long injuries to key players making it rare for us to field our first eleven has any effect on the consistency of the team.
We were poor today as far as our standards go and I very disappointed that we didn’t take all three points but if you don’t pass the ball to each other at crucial points in a football game you can expect to drop points..
What I wonder about most though is the deep negativity that seems to bubble just under the surface of the support at every hiccup…
Tom Rogic seems to be approaching match fitness and in better times much of what he tried today would have come off, both Paddy and Stu looked like what they are players coming back after a lay off or am I wrong completely and they’re just a bunch of highly paid superstars who don’t give a feck:)))

thank god the rest are below average.
