Because by n large it is the same shape / balance we have come to expect from Celtic for the last 3 , 4 seasons.
4-2-3-1 Christie in 10 role. The alternative to him would be Rogic.
Elyunoussi wide left… The alternative to that selection, historically would be a Sinclair, or M.Johnston
But point being, team shape stays as is.
As it always is.
What’s the balance issue you speak of ?

In the unlikely event either Calmac or Corpus don`t shine, we could give Ntcham a decent run out.

I am always worried when Celtic play away in Europe and, to be fair, there is good cause for worry.
Time to prove that Rosenborg away was not a one-off.
The first European match I took Olivia too was versus Rennes a few years back.
We were gifted the tickets by the blessed SANNAH BHOY.
Think we won 3-1 with Stokes getting a goal.

Surprised at Elyunoussi’s inclusion. At Hamilton he looked as if he was towing a caravan after about 35 minuted.
Good player – excellent ball for the goal in that game – but thought he looked at pre-season fitness levels, and very understandably given his lack of matches.
So, would have preferred N’cham from the start for this game. However Neil sees them in training, so he’ll know best.
Other than that minor concern, that’s the team I’d have went with.
That said, I suppose if N’cham was playing it would have meant Christie going to the wing, and you loose a wee bit from him out there.
