Well done Ronny and the bhoys.

Played a lot better in the second half, but you can see why we struggle in Europe, sloppy defending that gets punished when we play better teams.

Right bhoys, he’s still doing it in the SPL, tricky away game, injuries and suspensions and monsoon conditions and we come away with a four goal performance. Credit where it’s due

Good performance. Excellent movement from James Forrest. Johansen deservedly subbed. But Ajax will enjoy playing against this Celtic defence.

Back to 6pts which is great :-)
A wee repost from earlier, and sorting this will help our defending immensely ?
A personal opinion, our defending on corners or free kicks, and a serious football point We pull all our 11 players into the box to defend, this allows the opposition to put 9 of theirs up against us, we are also unable to break quickly with this set up Fed up saying, if we had to leave 2 players at the half way line, any team taking a corner or free kick and attacking would then have a max of 5 players in our box against 9 of ours, drastically improving our chances of getting the ball as we outnumber almost 2 to 1 in that situation Now I do not blame Ronny for that, we defended the same way under Lenny No idea why, but creating problems for ourselves

That score didn’t look likely at the start of the second half.
Quality finishes made the difference but the defence look like conceding every time the ball comes into Celtic’s half
Good result- a bit generous to us and sore on a resilient Ross Co. but I’ll take it, rejoice and move on.
Still plenty to worry about in our players’ weakness in defending balls into the box. Both Efe and Boyata should find this meat and drink to them. Liam Boyce did well but he is not a top drawer forward and should not be unnerving us as much as he did.
We need clean sheets to build the confidence of the defenders- no game til the 21st and all the players away on International duty- what chance do you have for training ground improvement?
Well done Celtic!

Credit where it is due…a good performance. Lots of energy and good movement. Still looks like some uncertainty in the defence, but a really good team performance. I thought Cole would have been given a shot in the last ten minutes when the game was won. I wonder if we shall ever see anything outstanding from Ciftci.
Entertainment game and credit to Ross for their contribution to it.

Great result after a difficult midweek.

As I see it:
Ross County are a decent side but we beat them 1-4;
Our defence looks shaky but we only conceded one goal away from Home;
We sometimes look a wee bit tippy tappy but we scored four goals;
I am a big fan of Ronny; he might become a top, top Manager which is why the MSSM run him down;
We are already a good attacking side; I believe we will become solid all round.
Beating Ajax and Fenerbache is unlikely but possible.
If our supporters and fans would accept that the MSSM negates any need for criticism from within and really SUPPORT our team, then we will hasten our improvement and our chances in Europe.
Hail! Hail!

Well done, bhoys. I could find faults with some aspects of our play, but I just am glad we won. The media were looking for a break through for the sheep and the tarts but it did not come.
By the way, I am not sure that the minute’s silence was not respected. Rae made out that it was not. Perhaps the sound on my TV does not pick up all the time. I thought things were fine on this occasion.
Well done to all the bhoys and ghirls who were present in the most horrendous conditions at Dingwall. You sang your hearts out and encouraged the lhads in the difficult moments of the game.
HT: I wonder how many of those who come on here questioning your Celtic credentials made it a long the road and the many miles to Dingwall? Keep going sport you know those who stand for all the traditional Celtic views you hold. Safe home.

For the third week in a row I have bet Commons hattrick subbed after 2, Griff hattrick subbed after 2 and again today Griff subbed after 2, the best 3 losing bets I have had…..my mate just textd and said its about time you ask for a price to score 2 goals then get subbed !
Before the usual suspects come on “papering over the cracks” “best of a bad lot” and the usual stuff, for me Celtic winning makes me smile, obviously far more important things in life but we all have our own opinions
