A couple of years ago, you would have an ominous feeling right now, but with Brendan, there’s a belief that we will be prepared in Trondheim. We need to put the ball in the net. Even if we concede first, subsequently putting the ball in the net resolves a lot of issues.
My expectation is that we saw the best of Rosenborg last night. Celtic were clearly well below their best. When the teams meet again Celtic will be one week fitter, and I expect personnel changes.
For so long we missed the kind of football that knots your stomach. This one is hugely important. Enjoy the tension!

Not to be pedantic, but the cheating has been going on for 100 years by the establishment club of that there is not doubt, I’d take a look at the big picture IMO CFC is as I said three weeks ago the only club to have spoken out on the situation, and on they’r own have no chance of doing a thing unless other clubs get on board, and as of now there isn’t, and people in here say that’s CFC and PL fault, that’s the bit I don’t get? THEY MADE A STATEMENT, all others rolled over to get they’r belly tickled, so to blame CFC for this, astounds me, but that’s just me being logical IMO.

Not having a pop,but nothing would ever change anywhere if prevailing opinion and numbers counted more than truth.
I don’t see why you think that Celtic on their own can do nothing.
Right is right. It’s nothing to do with who has the loudest voice in the argument.
There is a serious concern crystalling amongst an increasing number of the support that Celtic are content with the status quo. And a few very uncomfortable theories being aired as to why that might be.
Now,these questions aren’t being asked by tinfoil heads. But by serious professionals in everyday life who just happen to be Celtic fans too.
There is a real problem here regarding Celtic’s stance. And I genuinely hope you are right,that we are waiting for the moment to pounce.
But I’m increasingly doubtful. And I’m becoming increasingly p’d off about it all.
My personal opinion is that someone somewhere made a serious error of judgement,but in good faith.
And that the board have accepted that,and decided to go with the flow.
Me,I could probably accept that too. If it was explained.

The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) has announced the following decision:
Match: UEFA Champions League second qualifying round second leg match between Celtic FC and Linfield FC (4-0), played on 19 July in Scotland.
Charges against Celtic FC:
• Illicit banner – Art. 16 (2) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations
• Kit infringement – Art. 62 (3) of UEFA Kit Regulations
• Stairways blocked – Art. 38 of UEFA Safety & Security Regulations
Decision: The CEDB has decided to fine Celtic FC €23,000. Proceedings with regards to the kit infringement offence by the Scottish club have been closed.
With Celtic tv there’s no hope.
