I could see the point of don’t panic if we just had a raft of injuries then a few bad results out of nowhere.
This situation has however been predicted since the start of the season.
Every team who is capable or decent will cause us major problems and results are hugely at risk.
That will continue to be the case even with a full squad of players, it’s a structural, management coaching problem not a personnel problem.
We said the first decent team would have joy, we were correct because we had identified the problem.
In order to fix a problem you have to identify the cause.
That’s the only reason I nailed my opinion that without full staff changes our problems will keep recurring.

Can accept criticism of Duffy for 2nd goal
Although, did it not come off the Aberdeen players knee and Hand to enter the net ?
What about Ntcham part in 1st goal ?
Horrendously poor pass straight to an Aberdeen player, and gives away penalty trying to retrieve situation
Or
3rd goal – y s we gave away 3
McGregor, who was given Scott Browns responsibility and position today, and other players Aberdeen walzted past pre reaching McGregor trip
Pish poor team structure, is not working as a team
Management & Coaching responsibility to get us set up correctly
They are failing – like it or Not
Evidence was there last season as well

I would be delighted to eat humble pie in May, or even November, but just can’t see it. Christie will occasionally get something right, but too often exhibits no finesse, under-hitting or over hitting crosses and corners, and with very poor percentage free kicks.
Much more significant is that, before last Saturday, the zombie club had completely outplayed us three games in succession, and Neil Lennon did absolutely NOTHING to counteract their completely predictable 4-3-3 formation. If one assumes the season will be completed, and absent meeting them in cups, we have to play the zombies three more times. There is not one iota of evidence that we have the tactical and coaching awareness to do it in the future. As for injuries, Sevco are missing Katic, the Croatian center half. It has made zero difference to their formation or results, because they slot in somebody else to do the same job. We change our back four and instantly become even more shambolic.

We played 30 league games last season – won 26, lost 2 and drew 2.
We’ve played 11 this season, won 8, drew 2 and lost 1.
Let that sink in for a second.
Now factor in late wins against Utd and Saints.
No factor in a CL exit and two very below par Europa qualifying games against minnow clubs.
We’ve been shockingly bad this season and I despair at our lack of urgency in making changes to turn this around.

I cannot agree with the comments about “acting like huns” when posting negative/constructive comments on here. Or with the “sense of entitlement” stuff either. The bottom line is that we should be so far ahead of the huns they would be an insignificance. However our board in welcoming them back with open arms and downsizing have allowed the situation we are facing to happen. We have every right to question why we are playing catch up to a team formed in 2012 and with resources far less than us?

I actually think he is a good player, who typically tries very hard. What I can’t figure out is why he thinks he is Beckham at free kicks or corners and clearly does not have the finesse. What is alarming is, that apart from Griffiths, we don’t have anyone that strikes a dead ball with consistent accuracy.

Any manger worth his salt would want full control, Lawwell/Desmond have full control….
When you have seen Tully, Charlie Gallagher, Lubo and Naka take corners, delightfully curving in to the danger area at the right height, and just out of the keeper’s reach, I just wince when Christie, or McGregor hit the first defender, put it in the keeper’s hands, or more typically, sky it far too high or blooter it out the opposite side of the park. Just think how bad Forrest must be – we never let him take them, which is very strange for a winger.

If we are changing, which we should but i doubt, the manager should have full control of the football department and for this plc that is a no no so far, also he should have a contract of 4 years with the remit to bring in his own men to coaching tactics sports science conditioning to the first and development squad, that might make the plc boak but it will focus minds on who and how they recruit.
Get a new man in. Hope it brings the spark we need.
Or
Circle the wagons, get the siege mentality going, make peace with the players in the cream puff (if they are) and get back to the basics of good team shape in various situations, round holes, round pegs.
