Huns remaining in Europe could go either way for us, but hopefully wears them down in the league. What can’t be denied is that financially doped they might be, but their budget still below ours and they are light years ahead of the dross we serially serve up in Europe. We’ve done nada post-Xmas since MO’N, who lost they’ve made great leaps forward since Progres. We are massively underperforming. Hope Ange can win the league and sort it.

Do feel that our defensive Coaches required to be replaced if they cannot come up with better defensive plans. We appear to be unable to defend well in all situations. Or am I wrong? Is Angieball the only way forward? Does Angie need to get better coaches than those who were there under NL?
This just makes it all the more desirable to gub them in April.

31003 – didn’t we play 3 at the back fir St Johnstone away with a paper thin squad at that time? Maybe I’m remembering that incorrectly. I think it is a good option for us from time to time.

I agree. They were top scorers over 2 legs in the Europa Cup ties against the second top team in the Bundesliga. We scored one against the virtually unknown Bodo, and were absolutely brutal in both legs. One of the big differences is organization and spacing when we are without the ball, and has been for years. We have had many, many embarrassing away performances, but Fortress Parkhead is now a fading memory. Too many times, we look as if the players have never been introduced to each other.
