cheers for the reply, personally I will be amazed if we don’t win the league,

would like a cup win too,

on your tip for tomorrow early price is about 3/1,

what price were you hoping for

Wouldnt argue with your choice of players tonight.

I know there’s a lot of guys on tonight unhappy, others just venting as they are unsure how or if we are progressing.

Most of the guys will have played the game and been on that type of pitch ? Defenders are not the best on the ball, that pitch would have been a factor for them tonight.

That’s in contrast to the Romanians, I know, but they just seemed to settle better. Perhaps, they were facing the game for most of the night and felt more confident.

That’s disingenuous …Hooper ..win …the others I quoted are losers …yet you choose just to mention Bangura

I keep reading about PL and bonus of £400k and how it is a disgrace that he pockets this and we are in EL?

I stand corrected, but isn’t his bonus not relating to 2013/14 and therefore CL qualification may have had something to do with it?

  5. PFAYR

Nope. You’ve been a decent poster in the past and we’ve shared decent craic.

Tonight you’re in victim mode. I’ve no problem calling it out.

Label it what you want. Smileys tend to show I’m having a bit of craic but you’ve seemingly disappeared up your own arse.

    Pity but I’ll get by…

    Hail hail.

Its an ex Irish trained horse, they reckon it can win tomorrow,3/1 is probably reasonable,I was told it will be backed

So many good tims happy that we won ffs.

We were, are a poor team, roma would hammer us, never mind the elite clubs.

We are the CELTIC. WE deserve better.

They forget that we’ve only ever had two proper top level teams in modern times – the lions and the Seville team.

*…and yet MON thought the Seville team were punching above their weight.

  9. Good result, enjoyed the game. Bet up :)

Journey home was immense in the company of the Dumbarton & Clydebank rebels. :))

  10. Make no doubts about it ….

These have been great results in the Europa league campaign …

Listening to tanner on sky trying to disrupt and unsettle big Virgil….

We gave enough enemies without our support split ….

    Let’s get behind Ronny….

    That’s what we do……

I agree with what you say. I believe that RD will be a force for positive change in the long term if we stick with him. I just wish those who run the club would back him in the transfer market and make his job a bit easier. Not necessarily by spending excessively but by signing, not loaning, the players he wants, not the players the super scout wants. A scout who has repeatedly shown he is clueless when it comes to identifying and signing strikers, and couldn’t spell creative midfielder let alone know what one was.

  12. We were poor tonight and have been in too many games this season so far.

Yep, we won, but to be honest the result could have went either way.

Personally, I’m about 70/30 thinking RD isn’t the man for the job, our team looks at sorts at times and some players are hiding, be that down to his management style or input from Collins, I don’t know.

Remember how the Hibs player revolted!

Speaking to fellow supporters, there is a worry if we get drawn against a reincarnation and play as inept as has been the case under RD and lose…a lot more disillusioned supporters will walk away.

I’m hoping to see a run of good performances as of Sunday…Here’s hoping. HH

Watching the re run of the game, perhaps a little unfair on Tonev.

  18. WITS,

cheers mucker I will invest some of my winning from a RM/Celtic double on it.

    Delaneys,

our bet was never in doubt pal

  19. Ronnys problem was that he missed out on 9 players in the summer who weren’t willing to move to SP HELL.

    He will get this right

There’s a lot of negativity afoot tonight and I dare say if we didn’t win tonight I might be joining in the negativity, but ………………… we won! I’m sitting watching the game again sipping a glass of Pinot Grigio and I’m as happy as a happy person. We won. We’ve got seven points. Joint top of group. We drew with Salzburg away and we’ll rope-a-dope ’em at Celtic Park and win the group. Rejoice Timland.

A wee glass of Glenfiddich next methinks. :-))

  21. BCW’s, I wasn’t chuffed earlier, but we all get emotional at the game.

We weren’t as bad as I thought.

VVD played like he expected to win, he wasn’t alone. Jason saved him a couple of times.

But as I say, we will play well when it click and huff and puff at others.

I don’t think we will see real consistency for some time.

  22. Just home after the game.. cant bear to watch the recording of the match.. thought we were terrible in parts and dreadful in others.

Don’t see any improvement.. cant see a plan.. cant see us going into ANY game, home or away with an expectancy of winning. Denayer, Van Dyke, Mulgrew, not at the races.. others wasteful of chances and passes.. lucky not to be behind in the first half. Don’t see where we are going!! Bitterly disappointed at our performance overall.
