No strategy. No shape. No discernable gameplan (insert: ‘fluidity’ for counterpoint).
Maribor – half-time insanity, holding mid off, half-fit forward on; 4-2-4 second half in a game we didn’t need to win and cost us 20 million buckaroos. I wil keep coming back to it until the blinkers are lifted. Story of his method right there; hope, and hope some more.
But keep hoping, if that’s your thing; we won’t play Ross County-stylee pish every game, tho’…

You’re right,WITS has been on here for years..never had a good word for Celts and has given us tons of crap hoarsey tips…..the bassa is a hun bookie…up yours WITS.
In the first half they certainly were. Gordon kept us in it (again).
My view of the game is probably clouded by the fact I was soaked, freezing and sitting in crap seats because I was not allowed to get tickets for my normal seat. Oh, and we were rank from start to finish.
But I’m happy with three points and await to be entertained on Sunday!
BMCUWP’s, aye, but if your nuts and bolts fail the wheels come of, and disaster, we just loose a game, or scrape a result, and can adjust, learn and move on.

A wee tight number! But that’s what comes from an ever increasing waistline!!!
Salzburg are the best team we’ve faced since the Legia disaster.
Salzburg have seen us up close.
Salzburg are the only quality team we’re about to face for the second time since Legia.
Salzburg will fancy their chances big-time.
If, as many believe on here, Ronny has what it takes then that is the game where he will stand or fall.
My hope, what my heart wishes – we set-up and negate their qualities with what we’ve learned from OUR look at them close-up, and pick them off for a comfortable if narrow victory.
My head says – we alter nothing, adjust for nothing, run about lot, make no headway, ope a few doors for them by our own ineptitude and lack of comprehension of the theoretically dynamic, practically improbable system we’re being asked to implement.
Somehow I think the problem is more profound than the natural cycle of things. Until our club begins to find it’s voice with regards to decades of cheating then huge scepticism from large sections of the support will continue. Many are suspicious at how we are being run and the appointment of what was ultimately the cheap option in Ronny D only adds to this distrust. Though not his fault, he along with his teams performances are the most visible aspect of our decline. Though what’s far more worrying is what we can’t see. Rangers (Oldco) may well have disappeared but Celtic with their silence seem to be only too happy to ignore their vast misdemeanours in the hope reincarnation will in turn reignite our supports appetite. I think they have made a severe miscalculation and we are in severe danger of losing what makes us unique in world football. Which is – Our vast and as one amazing support, if we lose this lifeblood, then the good times may never reappear.

Just as the malcontents whinged when we struggled at home to. Blackburn and Boavista it’s the same again. They were all keen to show how faithful thro and thro they were come Seville.
We won nothing that season.
Sutton was paid handsomely by us back then and did some great things. Larsson in the same team helped rehabilitate a Chelsea failure.
Sutton reverted to type after his exit and let us all down in lead up to black Sunday post Larsson.
His tantrums when GS came in were a disgrace. Sorry. Not a fan.
Great to win again. Hopefully we will be competitive in 4 competitions post Xmas. Not said that in a while

Gary67, in the long term I think Ronny has been brought in to “grow a team”
Not buy one.
Read a few comments about CG keeping us in it,
is that no his job
Ah cmon. you all know last year under nfl we would have hammered them.
Celtic are a poor team.
Ronny et al got to go
Plc got to go (DD) and the rest
Revolution needed
Bring back the celtic I adore.
You May be surprised to hear that I’m glad the manager stick with. Scepovic. And glad that Scepovic stick with it despite some shocking finishing.
And I’m stick sticking with Ronny.

Grow a team filled with loanees?
Get rid of the deadwood in the squad, and there’s plenty of it. Give youth a chance. Supplement with a few signings. But those signings should be his.
