Agree those 3 Dorus, Dedryck and Patrick were great today. So was Cristian Gamboa.

Our centre mid suffers wi nae Capitano Brown. Bring on the Bavarian giants!

  2. Dallas Dallas where the heck is Dallas on

Today was another hard game for us at Celtic Park which we won with a clean sheet to boot, thanks Dorus.

Patrick was great but special mentions to Dedryk and Christian , who were very impressive.

We will convert a higher number of chances we create sooner rather than later.

I just watched the Kevin De Bruyne display on match of the day there . What a player. He will quickly replace David Silva as the best player in English football.

  3. G64: Dalkey isn’t typical Dublin but it is a lovely place. Take the Dart out to Greystones tomorrow morning and do the cliff walk to Bray where you can pick up the Dart to get back to Dalkey.

    Enjoy your stay here.

Will be in Bad Ass Cafe on Wednesday with my big wee bro if you are still about.

BGFC/WeeBGFC: Hope you are enjoying yourselves in München.

Not happy about all the teachers and many ex-teachers not even mentioning Big Georgie putting Celtic before wee George’s education …

Shocking (but wee big George will learn more in Bavaria :-)

Those pesky teachers just suit themselves :-)

    Dallas

Thomas Mueller ? That was our conversation yesterday

  5. So Frankie Mulholland was on the green brigade banner today .

He probably saw it from the north stand.

Come to think of it , h’s probably reading this .

  6. GFTB: In fairness, I did mention the other night that I hoped the wee fhella was keeping up with his homework.

But if I were in his shoes…..

  7. 4 5 1

On Tuesday I think we should set up for a draw then even if we get hammered 1-0 we give ourselves an unbelievable chance of qualifying for the last 16 of the CL.

Brilliant how we were set up to feed the poor to the fantastic Celtic Foundation and being so secure and successful as a club and a team.

I know nobody cares but I would play this team in Munchen

    Celtic dawn

There used to be a big Irish centre there – last time I was there found a bar http://www.mulligans-grancanaria.com/ they showed the games – if you are on Facebook you could contact them

    Have a great time

    Hail Hail

  10. Dallas Dallas where the heck is Dallas on

Gerry, big Tam Muller is some player , one of the ten outfield players we will need to keep an eye on this Wednesday lol

Our passing accuracy today could have been better but as other posters have mentioned , the ball seemed to stick on the grass on occasion.

Despite Olivier getting our winner , his form in our last two matches , has been patchy at best.

The FAC banner pre match was excellent.

  11. Am I the only one who thinks we have next to no chance of a result on Wednesday?

I think if we had a full team rested for Hibs we would win, therefore we are risking a treble and unbeaten run without any real gain.

  12. I’ve had better Saturdays . It was my turn for a Saturday “on” ,the afternoon was spent up a remote hill in Ayrshire trying to locate a damaged cable feeding a mobile mast with only sheep & radio Scotland or Clyde for company . I think the sheep know more about fitba than some on the radio .

Delighted with 3 points , and the acknowledgement that having a strong squad is vital with a crowded fixture list .

My next Celtic fix will have to wait till Wednesday night in the boozer with my mates . Can’t wait . Safe journey and enjoy to everyone going to Munich . HH

Ps the GB banner didn’t miss the target .

  13. CORKCELT on 14TH OCTOBER 2017 8:05 PM

We need Moussa to get his mojo back, We need to get Broonie, Jozo & Armstrong back.

KT needs a week or two R&R, but we the important schedule we are facing we have to leave him soldier on, but the Bhoy looks exhausted.

As a team we don’t look quite as imperious when teams press us high up & disrupt our possession game, we need a PlanB to cope with that.

Am a little scared of Bayern game, I’d take a narrow defeat in away game right now.

    Totally agree HH

  14. Sid . There’s always a chance . Very difficult game but always a chance .

Most players sign for Celtic for the opportunity to play in huge games against teams like Bayern . It’s where they get the ultimate test .

  15. Hello again all you young rebels.

Our wee rebel town is buzzing this lovely sunny morning

a food and wine festival on so thats my lunch taken care of.

Lots of hoops about already and you know it’s going to be

a great day when a wee old lady sees my united Irishmen

top and says” god bless ye son ” not been called son for

    about 60 years lol.

    BMCUW

Got your mai,l i’m in the local cafe for internet hope you can

make it over here some time and meet the bhoys, you’ll

    love it.

Heading up to PADDYMAC’S now, lots of flags and banners to

take to our CSC and of course wee Jinky’s plaque which will

take pride of place as usual

    H.H Mick

  16. Great 3 points. Some were terrific, some, unusually off,but thats why its a team game.I thought Dundee have improved.Anyone who watched the Hun game last night, the wee guy Scougall looks a bit of a player.Think Saints have him on loan.Very impressive.

Great to see Eboue back.Once he is up to speed,he will be a mainstay in midfield.Boundless energy, and always looking for the ball.

  17. Angel Gabriel

I agree, we have to prioritise in terms of the size of the competition, just throwing it out there.

We have to take the risk, even though the League Cup is nothing, I would be gutted to go out.

I noticed Brendan also mention its a worry.

  18. I think we are being sussed at Celtic park this season.

A little to predictable and pedestrian so far.

Personnel changes have not helped but the rigid system is stifling our creativity.

Against St Johnstone KT only got forward in the second half when we were chasing the game.Today our left side was a non event and Sinclair was almost invisible .

Teams are playing high and physical on KT’s side and reducing his forward movement..

Our distribution from the back was poor today as we had no one showing for an out ball.

If teams press 3 men high then the kids have to recognize they are leaving exploitable space.

But to often we were static and facing backwards which is where ball was promptly returned.

At one point the crowds groans were loud when Sinclair received ball in centre of field with acres in space in front of him but did not look up and immediately passed ball back to where it came from.

There seems reluctance to take any chance passing with creativity which is a higher risk with exception of Paddy.

Today Brown was huge miss but so was Armstrong whose attacking runs disrupt defensive systems.

A little worried that we are becoming to one dimensional at home.

  19. What is the Stars on
