The win today, and sharing another Cup Final with Miss Doc, had taken the edge off my disappointment at missing Friday’s event.
You just threw all that disappointment back on.
I won’t miss the next one:-)
Glad you enjoyed it.
We played well today, Stokes was outstanding, one of a few today.
Go on now Ronny, make new heroes, new Legends.

Don’t see why Glasgow City Council have a problem with safe standing areas. They should get themselves over to Hampden to see how it works. Only sit down I had today was at half-time.

Mathews and Lustig were bigger liabilities than Efe today because they were not fit to play. Efe did nothing seriously wrong in defence, whereas Izzy created two moments of danger with really poor defending.

Great moment after full-time when Ronny was being interviewed, by the BBC, with a brilliant version of YNWA being sung in the background. Couldn’t have been choreographed better. Just heard a clip of it on Radio 5, public relations at its’ finest, well done to all there!
I was happy to pass it on to one of the good guys.
I thought Richie got mine though, doesn’t really matter, either way I was happy.

Why are some people picking on players today, for the odd mistake?.Its a team game,we won,the team won.Ask any player today to tell you who made a mistake, they will tell you to GTF.And rightly so.

I often speak out against posters who offer opinion as fact…..and now I am going to write something that could be construed as doing the same. It WAS a penalty. Like boiled eggs, it does not matter whether hard or soft. Still boiled eggs. Broonie DID but his elbow in Gow`s back. Whether Gow could have remained on his feet is irrelevant. As, indeed, is the penalty claim. It is extremely unlikely it would have made the slightest difference to the eventual outcome. Celtic were far superior.

Has someone hijacked the BBC site? There TeleText article makes no mention of the penalty which would have led to United winning twelve 0ne and the Online report says it was not really a penalty!!
BBC Online:
“They felt momentarily aggrieved when, after surging into the penalty area, Dow was nudged in the back by Scott Brown and went to ground, although a penalty would have been a harsh judgement however much United demanded one.”
That is not the usual style of reporting on Celtic games by the `impartial` BBC.

Obviously I only met you on Friday night but the look of disgust on your face was priceless when I said there was only myself & ACGR at two tables that posted on CQN, the family table hadn’t heard of this great site, I loved it when you tried to educate every one of them (even my 2 big brothers) hopefully some of them will take your advice and start posting, trust me both tables were CeltIc Bhoys to a man……
A total pleasure meeting your good self and many others
