Very entertaining game, all credit to ICT for making such a game of it. We weren’t as sure at the back when Lustig went off. Cannot understand the stokes haters on here, he ran himself into the ground for the cause again today. I think Ronny believes in him and so do I.

Zaluska save the 3 points but we should have scored more. Johansen should have shot a couple of times instead of passing and others dithered at the final moment as well. It was noticeable that we were much weaker when Mattews and Mcgregor came on. I’d say that both of them contributed to that. Mcgregor is good going forward but weak defending and Mattews sometimes switches off and lets players get in behind him. Good play by Stokes in the last 10 mins, tracking back and then holding up the ball well, relieving the pressure on the defence. The first half was good and we are being to click which is the most pleasing thing.
Nervy ending against a very solid ICT team but overall performance good and lots of effort from every player.
Important to keep the winning sequence going.

I think blaming McGregor is harsh, Matthews was pretty poor but McGregor didn’t do much wrong when he came on

Made hard work of things, poor use of the substitutions I thought, Griffiths should certainly have been on much earlier to replace Stokes who offered very little. Ditto with Mulgrew who brings next to nothing to our midfield in either creation or keeping the high tempo.
Still another clean sheet and another win to keep the momentum going.
Expecting a very difficult game in midweek though, but hopefully we can counter attack at pace as they looked poor defensively. Will be a mistake to sit too deep though.
