I agree. Miku contributed nothing to unsettle Killie who played as we did v Barcelona closing down space all over the park.
Not surprised at the tired performance given the energy used against Barcelona. We had only two real goalscoring chances all game but good ones that Ledley and Watts passed up.

We can’t win em all. Neil will have learned something from today, better today than in a Cup match. HH

Poor performance but if Ledley sitter 1st half, Watt sitter, Watt cuts back to Hooper instead of shooting, and Hooper flick over keeper goes in, we would have won.
All ifs and buts, I know.
Bit strange that the 2 guys who kept giving the ball away all day, Matthews and Ambrose, played the full game.
Thought Paddy played some nice passes, we need him on from the start to break down the predictable wall of defenders.
Och well, onwards and upwards.

Disjointed display all over the park today, and we never looked like finding a way past a well organized KFC team. They took their chances when they came along, we didn’t.
A competetive league – is this what they mean by Armageddon?
Hopefully we’ll come roaring back on Tuesday in the League Cup!
From praise to ass kicking in one easy step. I blame myself for praising efe ambrose too highly.
Post cl hangover. But we have the squad to deal with it….

I wouldn’t get too critical of Miku. He got no service whatsoever. Commons, Kayal and Efe prior to being moved back to defence had complete shockers today. Especially Kris.

Definitely an off day for us. I hope the Euro hangover excuse is not trotted out.
Killie played well, we didn’t.
I don’t know if I would give pass marks to anyone in the Hoops.
Our passing was dreadful, first touch by everyone was terrible.
Lenny ain’t gonna be happy with that.

I think it would be wrong not to congratulate Kilmarnock, they played a decent game and we can have no complaints. They didn’t overdo any celebrations at the end either. We shot ourselves in the foot for both goals only created 4 or 5 chances in entire game. Its a bit of a reality check but we haven’t become a bad team overnight, there is no doubt that the European heroics left a lot of lads very flat. Watt should have played from the start, with a jaded team we needed his energy, we need to step it up for Tuesday, We will win the SPL regardless of this result but there are no second chances in Cup games.

this malaise thing the celtic have aquired shows theres a lack of character within the side its happening a little to often to be just an abberation .lenny sent out a message that killie were easy beats by resting too many vital players and playing guys out of position efe into midfield for example gives the players the impression the manager thinks its going to be and easy game .stick with settled side then if things are going well sub vital players when game is safe
in general, in the spl we’ve been very inconsistent
average to bad displays outnumber the good

Disappointing of course but I’m not going to complain after the heart and soul we saw on Tues against Barça. In the long term, our European prospects will be far better if we’re playing in a competitive league.
Well done to Kilmarnock for a game well played.

Armageddon postponed for another week.
Good to see everyone in the team playing at the same performance level.
Killie did to us what we tried to do to Barca, so no complaints.

We didn’t deserve anything on the back of that performance. Very, very poor.
Well done to Kilmarnock, they played well and took advantage of our off day.
Ach well.

We were poor today and deserved what we got – we all want a competitive league so if we play poorly then we won’t win
Onwards and upwards
We were consistent.
Lifeless and slack from the first minute to the last.

Missed game as Mrs AB away for weekend..
Mm I now think she knows more than she lets on!!

I’m sure MSM will produce a cracked crest or two ..

Crap result. We are doing our best to ensure that the league isn’t a one-horse race.

Poor stuff really, can only think of a Mulgrew freekick and a Watt chance towards the end on target.
Mulgrew isn’t a centre mid
Miku doesn’t really look much cop, Watt and Stokes look better players.
Oh hum
Everyone just looked a little jaded, Killie did well, can’t wait now til we face them at rugby park, just batter them!

As for the oh well we lost at home, we lost,
Unlike some, I accept it, I can’t change it, either can you.
Yous can rant all you want, it won’t change the fact we lost.
