Manchester United now abandoned
Fieldofdreams
The moment near the end when Efe let the ball bounce with an opponent on his shoulder was priceless.
The stadium went silent until Efe controlled it brilliantly then moved out it forward to huge cheers.
Great display today
Very entertaining and a very accomplished performance
Wonderful day in the sun at Celtic Park.
The young players on the pitch today give great hope for us and the football we will watch in the next few years.
Well done Ronny.
No been on for a while, mostly lurking.
But today is the reason why I love this club!.
Magic!.
Now for 6!!!!.
Tierney, aitchison and Christie! !, as I said magic.
Hail Hail and god bless ye all.

Good shout and hope with a new manager and some of the outstanding board issues. We can get the great atmosphere back in Paradise
Peace and HH
Suspect package found at Old Trafford?
Congratulations and thank you to Ronny and Co.
A special day to be remembered, particularly for the young man setting new records.
Is Ronny wondering if he should have played the kids more often?
Today was a modern football display.
The pressure was off but impressive nonetheless.
It’s often said on here that our players can’t do the basics of controlling and passing the football.
I have said we are not as bad as seems and the lack of off the ball movement and few options was the problem.
Today proved that movement off the ball is key.
Johansen was very good as the anchor in collecting and moving ball quickly.
This allowed the skilled players time and space to create especially with team mates giving them options with movement in positive areas.
The willingness of the midfielders to support Chrstie was brilliant due to the security johansen provided in the anchor role.
This is the area that has caused our problem’s all season long and i hope today lessons were learned.
Congratulations to the 5 in a row champions!
Playing football the Glasgow Celtic way!
Was alive at the last 5 in a row but don’t remember it, great to be alive and enjoy it in style.
HAIL HAIL!!
Fantastic result and performance today from our young side. Couldn’t have asked for more.
KevJungle your boy took one hell of a beating.
Congratulations Celtic on a 5 star 5 in a row winning performance. Just how good was that today?Player movement & quick & incisive forward passing was very pleasing to see instead of the dull & boring sideways stuff which sadly cost Ronny his job.
If we had played like we did today we would have won the treble plus 5 in a row but onwards to next year with some confidence after watching the Bhoys playing some superb stuff & 6 in a row with a treble :)
Today started well at 11, met Almore,Sannabhoy and the Kano Foundation volunteers. Dublin Easter hoot cheque for £580 delivered to the wonderful bhoys and ghirls. Then met some great CQN bhoys and ghirls at the corner before hooking up with my family for the match. Great game in the sun. Feel good Sunday agogo!
Here we go to 6 in a row!

Surely time for a Neganon post, this blog is just too darn happy
FoD
Neg will be as happy as every Tim tonight.

35 mins – Bournemouth have gone home. Man Utd kicked off anyway. Still 0-0 as Smalling passes it back to De Gea.

I watched a relaxed team with the pressure off today.
When the pressure was on in Ronny’s tenure, we struggled.
That was an excellent performance today very entertaining , players appearing to want they bal,l helping each other and playing as a team, 5 in a row champions.
Delighted with today. Great timing to turn on the style. So many positives and signs for future optimism. Let’s build on the momentum, build a team and leave behind the strategy of perpetual rebuilding.
Really pleased for Ronny he got such an outstanding send off. A genuinely good guy who will always retain the affection of the Celtic fans for that reason. Well done pal.
Also a fond farewell to Izzy. A fantastic servant to Celtic and a real talent as a marauding full back when he arrived. His development arrested by that terrible injury, but came back, showing his spirit. A man of great humility in an era of spoilt brat footballers (especially in England), he’ll always have a place at Parkhead.
Humility isn’t a quality often associated with John Collins, but he is a Tim and for that and his contribution as player and coach I wish him the best for the future.
17 pts 15 pts!.
Ronny a failure, don’t think so .
Could there be a place for him alongside new manager!.
Would he accept? .
I’m for it.

Workers found a live hand grenade in a Yoker drain last week. Was it similar at Old Trafford?
Back from a great day at CP,well done to everyone
it hasn’t been a vintage season but it certainly ended
on a high,plenty goal’s,sparkling fitba, and a vibrant
support led by the wonderful(sometimes naughty) GB.
I don’t know how much of today’s performance was down to us being great or Motherwell wanting a holiday and I don’t care. Very, very entertaining. Thought Christie looked the part. Full of energy skill and perseverance. I don’t believe as many on here have said that we need a huge clearout . Hopefully the new manager can bring in the players that can carry us forward.Anyway”Hail Hail the champs are here.”
And if I were a fit KR today I’d be thinking why my manager went with no strikers? If he’s fit that is.
Loved today.
Thank you Celtic.
Thank you Ronnie.
Well done Celtic. Fantastic performance and a joy to watch. Always looking to pass the ball forward.
Ronny – I truly wish you all the best. You displayed dignity at all times.

Funny but accurate.
Just home from a great day at Paradise, some wonderful football played and goals scored. All that and 5 in a row, looking forward to the new season with a new manager and whatever that brings. Thank you Ronnie!!
Shout out to Lennybhoy and the Coatbridge bhoys.

so that’s where the ronnie revolution was going – I wish him all the best. He’s left us with talent in the squad. Need key signings and another style of management.
Ryan Christie impressed me mightily today. Great performance.
No Biton on the field today to slow down the build up..entertaining attacking football…..everyone played well…..side passing was out the window…………didnt know if Doncaster had showed up until i saw his coupon on the big screen…..was the non introduction deliberate
Bhoy, that was good today, not a weakness. Thanks bhoyz and congratulations to all.
Surely with so much promise on show, Ronny must be at least offered a chance to be Football Director of our young stars, is that too much to ask!!!!!!!!

Everyone in the boozer, early driving start for me
so nae swalling(sob sob).
Just seen the sheep got pumped 4-0,reckon they
will be doing well tae keep the hun at bay for
second best next year.
Brilliant day to see the Celtic achieve 5 in a row.
I’m glad Ronny got a decent send off.
So glad that Ronny got the send off he deserves. As of today the door is open for a return in the future if things go well for him elsewhere. Every player was on their game today, a special mention though for Callum McGregor. I had written him off a while back, but I have to say in the last dozen games or so he has been outstanding. If he keeps it going next season he will be a must pick.
Well done to the club for inviting Syrian refugees to be today’s mascots, a really lovely gesture.
Wee mhan just home, came in buzzing about Celtic and the goals, “papa can I stay with you tonight” perfectdayCSC
