I cannot see Lawwell putting Celtics interests before his own unfortunately —- based on his track record over the years. As such his exit needs to be planned at the appropriate point.

why has he not put a stop to the downsizing of

The league will be a stroll next season under a good manager? We’ve just won it by 15 points. The new manager will do well to equal that IMO.
Ronny a bad manager? Yes, on the basis of the Malmo, Molde and Sevco matches. But a convincing league win, and the Development team were unbeaten playing Ronny’s system. Lots of positives, with LG, KT and Calum all improving and Eric looking a very good signing. It’s a pity Ronny persevered so long with the Brown/Bitton anchor when Broonie was not 100% fit and Bitton’s form was poor.
If you remove Adam Rooneys goals Aberdeen would finish 5th.
If we remove Griff’s goals surely another player had to play and would have scored some ?

Here’s what BBC Scotland had to say the last time the Trust ruled in favour of the ‘same club’ argument.
“A fotball club, once incorporated, is indistinguishable in Scots law from its corporate identity.
If the club was separate it would need its own constitution, committee members, trustees, etc.
Rangers Football Club does not have that because it is incorporated.”
The BBC Trust has never properly addressed these points.
Mainly because it doesn’t have a legal leg to stand on, as recent court statements have underlined.
