A big point. We’re almost there. Should have had them buried before they got back into it and made a game of it.

FT 1-1 not a good day at office ,however upwards and onwards bring on the jambos we’ll still be champions COYBIG
Tippbhoy on
There is something wrong, 3 games in a row against them and we look knackered.
And why was Joe Hart rushing every kick out.
We need to learn game management
Headtheball on
Like it or not they are a good strong team. We’re still 6 ahead though so they can suck it up.
Well done bhoys.

That was a poor performance, last 25 mins we did not seem to have a game plan, we were lucky today.
stebhoy on
what is it with Celtic these past few weeks – passing the ball around at the back with NOT ONE MIDFIELDER available to take the ball – instead its Taylor or Ralston who are simply not good enough for thus style.
Fed up a tired rangers side dominating us – we dont look like champions at all. They are a better side.
I’ll take the draw but we have been lucky
Do it in style next week!
Taurangabhoy on
we collapsed in the second half however a draw gives us CL next year. We will need the money to invest and strengthen. Bed for me. Mon the Leipzig.

FT 1-1 , WE had a poor second half but happy enough where we are sitting now .
Onto next week .

we are over trained and the team has lost its energy!

Phew. They’re physically stronger than us in the midfield. We’ll need to address that in the summer. We also need a taller left back. I rate wee Taylor, but they battered him with long balls all game for a reason.
Thanks to big Joe Hart we’re going to do it. An amazing achievement considering the shambles Ange inherited. Thanks to him and the players for everything they’ve done. Stupendous. Magnificent. Because make no mistake, that is a formidable huns team.

Another dreadful, dreadful performance. The full backs. Were honking and the midfield were chasing shadows again.
McPhail Bhoy on
Disappointed not to win but we’re 6 points clear, with 3 to play. Beat Hearts we’re Champions!
So, as long as the huns dont get 19 pens in the next 3 games we should be fine.

I think Ange has a very large blind spot regarding Hatate. It is like starting with ten men. He should be nowhere near the starting XI. Absolutely invisible.

thought calmac or starfeldt for MOTM for me COYBIG

Celtic look over trained, not under trained ,heavy legged and get bossed at times by bigger players, hopefully it is addressed because the same happens in Europe, good chances missed again and Hart lost a goal at his near post, that’s on him, he will know that. If we cant win then no change in the points situation, so that will need to do, since we have had 1 game a week we seem to have lost something.

Very poor 2nd half Celtic
3 more points in next 3 games should be enough to be Champions again

I’d have taken the point before and I’ll take it now. They needed the win and we’ll win the title.
We got away with it towards the end but after a 25 point deficit last season, even an unconvincing nervy win on the last day would’ve been miraculous progress.
Perspective needed. We’re far from the finished article and we need improving – but we do it from a position of strength with CL money.
The future not quite as secure for Sevco if Leipzig finish the job.

The only difference between this and the 3-0 game is we missed the chances today that we took in February.

DENIA – totally agree re Hatate; dunno what Ange is trying to prove here. But if Guchi, Turnbull or McCarthy cant do as much as he (didn’t do) our midfield needs a restock. FFS I dont think Soro could do any worse.
That said…happy to lose no ground. Disappointed we looked so Lenny-esque in terms of jitters and cohesion.
Like last season, they remain a very organised and drilled team.
Aye; Carl or Cal get my MoTM awards.

Huge job for next season.
We desperately need focus / drive / determination.
The squad still hasn’t settled and we don’t play for each other.
Plus we are carrying a couple of players who’s first game is not football.
The MIB did his best for his Ludge — bookings showed what he wanted to do.
Game looked as if the result was worked out beforehand — low intensity draw.
Our collapse at the end must have given the bookies kittens.
SKY would be happy with the scoreline.
However we have so much to do.
Currently we are half the team we could be.
Hopefully AP is up for the job and the board is up for the spend.

Another blind spot by Ange was ó Riley and hatate both busted within 30 minutes
Both should have been hooked first half
Maeda pulling out of the header to win the league was criminal at any level of football
But the cheats needed to win
Didn’t no thanks to ref eg gia
He got fouled 4 times so could not be in the game
We d have taken this at the start of the season
Ps the cheats are v strong favourites to get a penalty on Thursday

Old Firm fc got out of jail first half. Similarly us second half.
Where were we this time last season?
Well done Ange, almost there.
CalMac motm by a short head over Carl.

An error strewn match from start to finish, from both sides. Happy to take the point and retain the six point lead. Summer recruitment the key to a successful 22/23 season.

Whatever the Old Firm put in their half time energy drinks seems to be very effective.

Good result. Poor 2nd half performance. Small margins in both halfs.
Lennon like midfield last 30 in Rogic, Bitton & McGregor. Pedestrian.
Get over the line and invest wisely Ange.

Not at our best today but that is a good result. We were well organized but lost the battle in midfield in second half. Rangers made us work very hard for the point and they had chances to win it. However, so did we in the first half. Their fitness and strength makes them difficult to beat, but we have the better players.
Callum was excellent today, just edged by Starfelt for my MOM.

FT. In the end Celtic lucky. Poor second half
yes. we’re gonna win the league
god I wish we could bury them
didn’t think they’d get better after their slump
thanks SG for leaving, you’ve given us the league
