    Anyone who used their head knew he was a bad choice after the cup final and the ones using their hearts all fell for it, they played us with a cheap option who does not have the experience needed for a club our size, failed at hibs and bolton both with squads going off the cliff like we are.

     

     

    Not sayong I told you so but sometimes you have to use logic and not the heart.

    I am sure I`ll be a lone voice on here but I thought Lenny spoke well after the match.

     

    Taking a sentence in isolation is not only a poor way of reflecting the Manager`s comments but is indicative of a desire to take one`s anger out on the most readily available punch-bag ie the Manager.

     

    Plaudits to Michael Stewart and Alan Stubbs for their measured , insightful contributions after the match.

     

    Also, well done Ross County. They did play well.

    This is about an outdated, tactically inept manager who has lost whatever man management skills he might once have had.

     

     

    He’s bollock naked for all to see and the players clearly hold him in contempt.

     

     

    Pay him what he’s due and wave him goodbye. Nobody is bigger than the club, despite what the blind as a bat, Neil lennon fan club would have us believe.

    Just when I thought I couldn’t be more depressed, Lennon gives an interview to suggest he’s staying and that he doesn’t really have a clue how to turn it around.

    Conkie IMHO that was more of a Sean Fallon Motherwell game than a supercalley one, however at least the steel men got tae 4th in the League that season and had the likes of Willie Pettigrew in the side.

     

     

    Oul Sean, who was a defender but had a sieve like defence as we were scoring for fun up front, lasted the season as the Big Mhan was on the way back but he was then shunted tae the Chief Scout position before being punted a couple of seasons later.

     

     

    I’ve sat on the fence through all this and only highlighted how other managers who were as big Celts if not bigger than Lenny like Jimmy McGrory, Sean Fallon, Jock, Billy twice and Davie Hay were moved on, each by inept unprofessional boards.

     

     

    We are a business and no a charity so as Jim Reeves once said “he’ll have to go”.

    So much wrong with celtic at the moment .maybe some guys have stuck around too long . My hope 8s that when lenny does go ,we aim high, we found the wage to attract a top manager in BR ,but not really holding my breath I think our scouting dept needs looking at too . For now HH

    That was an absolute disgrace of a performance from Celtic,but credit must go to Ross County,they did not fluke the win that has to be said.Phew! can’t say much more.

    First step for recovery is SACK LAWELL after made accountable for being part of 5 way agreement. Mr Lawell wanted sevco and the blue pound, he’s got them now at one hell of a cost to our club.

    You are not alone. I also thought Neli Lennon spoke well, especially when you consider the pressure he is under.

     

     

    I doubt many managers would have been so composed under the circumstance. I’m sure he wanted to really let it go about the players.

    This was never the strategy. The strategy was simple buy players cheap withe the potential to increase their resale value. Therein lies the problem; we do not build a team. We buy players & clump them together & hope it works.

     

     

    Utter tripe strategy which was always going to get found out once there was a bit of competition. Ofcourse it worked for 9 years as there was nobody to challenge it.

     

     

    From 1 man getting the managers job upon an interview for an assistant role to another being awarded the job in the hampden showers. Disgraceful amature nonsense

     

     

    All I can think of to describe our current state is ‘gross negligent incompetence’.
