    Better today, thought Boyata played very well , after me writing I did not want to see him again in the hoops, as did Eric who made a couple of slack passes late on. I noticed Lustig played a more defensive role today meaning County when they did break never outnumbered us or had loads of space to play in. Johansen also played well but him and GMS must learn to shoot GMS seems to bottle it ever time and then tries to find a pass instead of shooting. He had some god runs in the 2nd half. I thought the new guy up front has a nice touch and looks strong. I was speaking to a mate who follows St J and his view on Celtic is we can play pretty football but are soft also Ronnie has made some shocking buys and he should stop picking Ambrose ,hopefully he has done that.

     

    Lastly the Mitb was a disgrace in the first half every time we tried to break fwd a county player tripped up our player with the ball cynically breaking up play he took ages to book anyone. First Celtic offence a booking. My wife who enjoyed the game said I see the refs are the same as ever I think it is 20 years since she last watched games regularly some things never change.

     

     

    Noticed it a lot this season but why is Gordon not throwing out the ball more it is all big kicks now.

    I think time is up for Ronny and his 2 coaches John Collins and John Kennedy. reading some of the comments on here I have that feeling that there is no motivation coming from the dug out.i think the 3 of them know they are dead men walking. It’s when it’s going to happen. and I think the sooner the better for everyone

    I don’t want Stubbs or Giggs as the next manager if we need one then he has to be experienced and if he is not Scottish he will need a good assistant who knows our game inside out and will be a good foil for the new man.

     

    At the moment I will back the team.

     

    On PlL I think his influence he has on Scottish football and in Europe is a major plus his influence on team matters and the scouting and signing of players is a major problem Also he gets paid way to much for the size of company we are, he is paid about the same a the CEO of SSE who turn over 100s of millions and emplyee 1000s

    We’re not getting Box Office players any time soon so I reckon a Box Office Manager must be under consideration. By ‘Box Office’ I’m talking by Celtic standards. Henke as an assistant to a competent experienced manager like MON / Strachan / Lenny standard. Not talking Jose.. But I’d be happy to give a Box office manager £2m / year and cut back the squad to make up the costs.

    Good there points today. Reading back quite a few posters mentioned that we were better in second half. My opinion was that this was only really evident once we secured the second goal. The pressure that the players are enduring was released for a while.

     

     

    My seat is close to pitch level so I can see the faces of the players , they look scared, So much of this pressure is poured on to the pitch by a mixture of anxiety and frustration. The result on the pitch in the first half was players offloading the ball as quickly as possible, players not showing for a pass, players not getting their foot in to a tackle.

     

     

    Dedryck (in first half ) looked full of dread every time he had the ball and passed as quick as he could get rid. Once he scored he looked visibly relaxed and settled.

     

    Armstrong needs rested ( dropped) as he is under too much pressure.

     

    Would have no argument if we did same with Craig Gordon.

     

    Our mid field / forwards need to practice break away moves as we are squandering too many clear cut chances.

     

    Young Tierney must be too young to feel overawed , he has a thirty year old head on his shoulders , man of the match by a mile .

    Again today we see John Kennedy out giving instructions to midfielder whilst Ronny stands silent and John Collins ( the man who you would expect to be giving some input) is nowhere to be seen. My seat is in south stand so I could not see if he actually there.
