CONFIRMED: JOHNSTON RETURNS

0

ALISTAIR JOHNSTON returns to the Celtic line-up for Flag Day against Aberdeen at Parkhead this afternoon.

The Canadian World Cup right-back has missed the last four games after ending up in plaster following the 1-0 semi-final win over Michael Beale’s Ibrox side last month. Anthony Ralston took over the No.2 role.

However, Ange Postecoglou has given Johnston the nod to start against the Dons with an eye to the Scottish Cup Final against Inverness Caley Thistle at Hampden only a week away.

TEAM: Hart; Johnston, Starfelt, Iwata, Taylor; O’Riley, McGregor, Hatate; Abada, Kyogo, Jota. Subs: Siegrist, Turnbull, Oh, Bernabei, Forrest, Summers, Ralston, Welsh and Vata.

Earlier today, we asked how much you could remember of past connections involving the Pittodrie outfit in CQN’s fun five-minute quiz.

Now we repeat the questions and provide the answers.

FANS’ FAVOURITE…Reo Hatate is on the ball. (See Question 4.)
